Recommendations to others considering the product:
I do highly recommend using this great app for those who are learning English either for vocational or professional skills; You need this great tool in your hand on the move. Easy, fun and reliable native speaker in your hand that is with you where the Internet is accessible.
Great tool to improve pronunciation and pick up vocabulary from different areas of life.
What do you like best about the product?
The main upside is that you can learn the language at your pace, with immediate feedback and without any dependence on others. It's especially good for more introverted people who might not want to communicate with other humans and reveal their shortcomings. Plus it's very cost-effective compared to any paid learning program.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that, overall, Elsa is almost perfect (as far as today's state of AI allows). What I would like to see is more granularity, maybe, in how I can choose topics. I know of an option to choose an interest, but the list is limited, and whatever I choose, the system keeps inserting dialogs about business, high tech, etc. These are topics that I'm very good at as they are the essence of my work. I want more mundane, day-to-day dialogs as this is where I feel I lag behind.
On the whole, this is the one single biggest downside of any learning program I've seen: lack of spontaneous, live, everyday conversations. For more advanced learners, this is the only challenging genre. Quick live exchanges, with natural stutters, mistakes, abandoned sentences, against some background noise. Colloquialisms, accents (for one, I'm not that good at understanding a really thick Texan accent). Currently, it can only be found in movies, but topics there are rarely useful for improving your everyday conversation skills.
Give me a Southern drawl with a slang expression here and there about going to get groceries or who is to do the dishes tonight, and I'm yours forever. If not that, at least more live dialogs (and the ability to set this preference).
Another minor grievance is that sometimes the system seems to be unable to recognize the input and keeps giving a low score though it seems the pronunciation is fine. It happens more often with short phrases or stand-alone words. E.g., recently, I was unable to score more than 80 for the word 'correct'. In a longer sentence, this word was accepted, and the score was as expected. But I understand that modern speech recognition tech is not perfect, so it's not a complaint, rather just an observation.

I'd been a student of English for many years, but I'd never been to any English-speaking country and was worried if my spoken language could be well understood by others. I knew that my reading, writing and listening skills were adequate but wanted to make sure that I was good enough at speaking too. It was all triggered by a new job where I knew I'd need to communicate in English on a daily basis. Of course, Elsa is unlikely to teach you everything, but for me, it was an important boost of confidence when I realized that my scores were above 90% in all categories.
I keep using Elsa, together with other tools, to stay sharp and work on problems in my pronunciation that the app helps me identify.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try. It's a great product helping you gather instant feedback and identify (and also mitigate) weaknesses in your English. It's not a replacement for a human teacher, but it complements whatever other effort you're putting in to improve your mastery of the language. I'd say, based on my experience, that you can get much better at English just by reading aloud for 15-20 minutes a day + doing quick daily lessons on Elsa (another 20-25 mins a day).
It's authentic
What do you like best about the product?
Feedback on pronounciation. The videos on correct pronouncition of individual sounds. The most useful part for me was word stress and intonation in various sentences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The conversations were unpredictable for foreign language learners.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the conversation part best because it helps me be more native when speaking. I also like learning by topic type of ELSA, it helps me sum up the vocab effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the performance when I access the Coach in the My learning tab, it loads quite a bit long. I'm using iPhone7 running on iOS15.4.1. I also don't like it when ELSA hasn't checked all my completed listening at Game Type in Explore tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm always bad at speaking. Like almost of students in the rural areas of Vietnam, I don't have the environment to keep daily practicing. In the beginning, ELSA helps me correct words by I listened repeatedly my voice and ELSA figured out my problems when saying them, therefore, I realized which words I said incorrectly and correct my pronunciation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Worth a try.
It is a well-designed training tool. Yet human to human can be more effective.
What do you like best about the product?
Pronunciation tools and versatile materials for business and IELTS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without dark mode to work at night. It can be disapproving and harmful to the eyes. One more thing, I would extract and enter my flashcard list as a text file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By serving many different kinds of language items in life, it keeps me in the league and corrects my pronunciation mistakes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't be stuck in a single training module while trying to do your own best. No matter whether you catch the high point, it is a matter to train yourself to overcome the difficulties recursive approach for the next time.
I will review ELSA Speak - An great application that I have experienced
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the voice of the English teacher on ELSA, and especially I also corrected my pronunciation according to the standard of native accent. After a while, I improved my pronunciation significantly
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I don't like about ELSA, if so, it's definitely for the price, it will be high for many people especially for those who are students like me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to be a poor student of English, low self-esteem when communicating with foreigners. I didn't dare to start a conversation because I was afraid I wouldn't understand what I was saying. In school, I was only taught grammar and vocabulary, my listening and speaking skills were very weak. But since using ELSA, I have significantly improved my level, more confidence and more accurate pronunciation than before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to sound like a native, use ELSA.
