Zoom on Everday basis
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Zoom for calls. It lets us break into this smaller breakout rooms or sessions within an ongoing meeting that lets us have the private conversation in the middle of the meeting, and then re-group. It integrates well with the entire environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about it as I almost use it everyday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of us work from home and Zoom really helps us connect with one another with the ease of being at the comfort of our home. It brings people together; its scheduling feature also helps us schedule across various parts of the country and through various timezones where our clients are located.
