My main use case for Allstacks is to track engineering performance and productivity. I use it to visualize team performance metrics and project progress.

Recently, I used Allstacks to track the sprint, which visualizes pull request cycle times and lets me see bottlenecks to deliver on time.

Beyond productivity, I rely on Allstacks for forecasting delivery timelines, which keeps both my team and stakeholders aligned.

The best features Allstacks offers are predictive analytics and visibility to engineer workflows. They stand out by helping me proactively manage delivery risks.

The analytics and workflow visibility features in Allstacks let me catch bottlenecks early and keep everyone on track, so day-to-day planning and prioritizations are going to be smoother.

I appreciate how customizable the dashboards are in Allstacks; it makes it easy to tailor insights for different teams and stakeholders.

Allstacks has positively impacted my organization by reducing delivery delays and improving visibility, leading to more predictable outcomes. For example, my average project completion estimates are now far more accurate with fewer last-minute surprises with delivery timelines.

I think Allstacks could improve by offering even more integration with third-party tools and perhaps adding deeper custom report capabilities.

Another improvement would be more individual contributor metrics, which would help balance team-level and personal insights.

I have been using Allstacks for around a year or more than two years.

Allstacks has been stable overall. I have not experienced any significant downtime or major issues.

Allstacks has scaled very well. As my team grew and my projects expanded, it handled the added complexity smoothly without performance issues.

I reached out to customer support once or twice. The support team was responsive and helpful, so the experience was quite positive.

I previously used a combination of Jira dashboards and manual reporting. I switched to Allstacks for its automated insight and more holistic visibility.

The licensing for Allstacks is quite straightforward, and the price is really fair. Setup was quite responsive and took a little bit of time to create.

I have seen a solid return on investment with Allstacks because my team has reduced time spent on delivery forecasting by about twenty percent, helping us focus more on actual development.

I actually considered tools such as Pluralsight Flow and GetPrime, now powered by Pluralsight as well, but I chose Allstacks for its broader environment and its features and capabilities.

I advise others looking into using Allstacks to clearly define the metrics they care about upfront since Allstacks really shines when you align it with your team's goals and workflows.

I have found Allstacks' AI-driven insights to be quite accurate and reliable. My team trusts the predictions to guide our planning.

I use Allstacks alongside AWS, where most of my infrastructure is already hosted.

I really like how Allstacks brings everything together in one place. Instead of bouncing between Jira, GitHub, and other tools, I get a clear picture of how projects are moving. The dashboards are super easy to understand, and the predictive insights help me spot risks before they turn into bigger problems. It saves me a lot of time and gives me confidence when I need to update stakeholders.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes the initial setup feels a bit overwhelming because there are so many integrations and metrics to choose from. It took me a little while to figure out which dashboards were the most useful for my team. Also, a bit more customization on reports and alerts would make it even better.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allstacks is helping me connect the dots between engineering work and business outcomes. Before, it was hard to explain project delays or show progress in a way non-technical stakeholders could easily understand. Now, I get real-time visibility into bottlenecks, dependencies, and delivery risks. That makes planning more accurate, standups more focused, and conversations with leadership a lot smoother.

Allstacks makes it easy to see how our engineering work is going. The dashboards and reports are simple to read, and I really like that it connects directly with Jira and GitHub. Their support team is also quick to respond and helpful.

Sometimes the data updates only once a day, so it’s not always realtime.

It saves me time by pulling data from different tools into one place. I can quickly see where projects are stuck, how my team is doing, and share clear updates with leadership without extra work.

AllStacks has completely transformed how we understand and manage software delivery across our organization.

It connects data from from our Azure DevOps and GitHub instances to give us clear, actionable insights into how the engineering teams work maps to our business goals.

It allows us to focus on outcomes over output and the AllStacks team was incredibly supportive throughout onboarding

What do you dislike about the product?

The setup of the dashboards themselves isn't as straightforward as I would have liked. This is mitigated however, by the very hands-on nature of Customer support

Providing consolidated insights on team throughput, potential risks before they become blockers, and what business/ value areas our teams are expending the most effort/ time. This allows us to make strategic decisions to ensure appropriate focus, and facilitates proactive mitigation of risks

What do you like best about the product?

As an Engineering Manager at iCIMS, Allstacks has proven invaluable for assessing team health and performance. I've been using this tool to look at the team's health on a weekly basis. What I appreciate most is its flexible approach which allows me to build custom dashboards tailored to my team's specific tracking needs. The tool's intuitive interface makes it accessible for team members at all levels. Since implementing Allstacks, I've consistently leveraged its insights to optimize our PR cycle times and overall workflow efficiency. Additionally, Erica has been an excellent resource throughout my experience, providing great support and guidance for the team.

Allstacks enables me to effectively assess my teams' health and velocity. The platform provides valuable data-driven insights that I leverage to initiate meaningful discussions during my 1:1s. I've recently begun utilizing Allstacks' Deliverables feature and appreciate having all this information consolidated in one location, eliminating the need to manually extract data from JIRA myself

What do you like best about the product?

We were able to quickly get some data on both developer efficiency and how effort was being allocated across our strategic projects in Azure DevOps. We have taking specific actions based on the data provided by Allstacks. They have partnered with us on enhancement priorities for their product.

What do you dislike about the product?

There was some setup required to give each product team a filtered view of their area (rather than them having to use filters on a global view)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

For a medium sized software company with competing projects and priorities, we are using Allstacks to understand what teams and engineers are working on and to tune that work to our most important goals.

What do you like best about the product?

The most helpful part of Allstacks is having views and statistics for all of our teams in one place with metrics aggregated across multiple data sources. Allstacks also has great customer support that is willing to help ensure that we have everything that our company needs. With a simple integration process for multiple sources of data, we can easily share data across our organization.

What do you dislike about the product?

Data syncing currently occurs once per day. While that is sufficient for keeping track of overall data aggregation, a more up to date sync of data would be much more convenient for ensuring changes are accurate instead of returning a day later to confirm.

Allstacks is helping to show company executives metrics from aggregated data sources across the organization.

The support provided by the team makes our team getting onboarded into allstack smoothly

Data are not fully real time and we have to wait for the daily sync

The ease of getting DORA-related metrics and now my team have lesser manual calculation.

Able to capture key metrics on team performance and helps identify areas of improvement and delta's we can get the teams to focus on.

I like the forecasting abilities as well - this is critical in the delivery space, takes the guess work out and removes the need for me to tediously manually calculate forecasts (which I was doing prior to using Allstacks)

What do you dislike about the product?

I would like the ability to see the teams work on a sprintly basis (by default); We are still able to get this by changing date ranges, but would be great if we can set this as a default feature

Say vs Do widget - would be great to be able to change the date ranges so they are more in-line with sprints

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Forecasting - using historical data and also sourcing data from 3 sources (Jira, CicleCi and Github). Getting data that help drive our technical KPI's
