A great product for actionable metrics!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of the term to meet the metric needs we have. They have provided us with a group of metrics that we were previously gathering and calculating with several manual steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't found any dislikes. I think we have our metrics covered and it will allow us to fine-tune our team planning and make small incremental changes. Giving us the highest amount of efficiency without the need to gather data and calculate manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have several scrum teams and we had little insight into how well we are planning. Allstacks is taking the pain out of doing these calculations, making it a real dashboard (Azure DevOps doesn't provide this type of data out of the box).
Just getting started with AllStacks but so far its been great.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the portfolio report and being able to dive into each milestone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Permissions could be more granular. This way, we can have managers be able to self-service their teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to make more data-driven decisions during our engineering development process. Too early to have realized benefits yet.
Great tool to deep dive into your team's efficiency with amazing support team
What do you like best about the product?
Very responsive support from the team in Allstack. Great UI (once you get your head around it) with brilliant insights about the teams' efficiency, showing bottlenecks in the processes. Reports are useful to discuss with management as showing clearly where the focus is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system needs overnight to populate information from jira projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bottlenecks and improving current processes

What do you like best about the product?
The Portfolio view is the best feature - it allows us to hold ourselves accountable for our progress towards delivery.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes - would be great to have the data refresh a little more frequent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting visibility into the progress we are making towards our deliverables. This visibility makes it easy to drive discussions around priorities using data.

If you are working on initiatives that need top-down/down-top alignment, I suggest it

I wouldn't say I like it. When I first came, I was confused about where and how to check data.

As per client requirements and our internal condition, we need to check Team efforts and Progress of Team

Ease of integration, the ability to replace some out other tools, and our ability to drill into the detials

It does require lots of help to get started with meaningful dashboards

We have consilidated a number of tools, custom reports, and excel spreadsheets into a single view show progress, efficiency, and trends in our delivery processes.

The allstacks team is very attentive and respond quickly to questions and concerns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly the tool is very robust, so it takes some getting used to. because the allstacks team is attentive most questions get answered quickly. However, more tutorials or walk-throughs in the interface might be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency on project tracking is my main focus.

They do the legwork of aggregating all the various data in one place and then give you the tools to use it easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing to configure or difficult to get exactly what you want out of it sometimes... or to understand exactly what it's doing, but the team is always helpful in these cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can keep a high level eye on our dev teams and generate custom reports that include data from both Jira and Github (and other places). You can create views that allow you to spot potential signs of burnout and such.
