Learning Curve: While the interface is intuitive, mastering the full capabilities of Celonis Foundation may require a bit of a learning curve. More guided tutorials could be beneficial for new users.

Powerful and Business Centric tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is evolving at high pace and it's all about making business processes more efficient you can mine, analyse and create dashboards for visualisation at the same platform and many more things like automate your business processes. So much to do and so much to learn with Celonis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well the same thing it's evolution at high and it's changing daily from navigation to everything you literally have to be in touch with the tool daily to keep up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The deviation a process go through and what should be the ideal steps and what we can do to make it more efficient and how to do it.Also, make it less human centric and tell where we can reduce or remove human error by automating the step or the whole process.
Experience in Celonis as Data Engineer and loved the work on Celonis process mining than other tool.

Celonis is the best process mining tool that others, I really loved to working on Celonis, its Data transformation, Data modeling and analysis best way to map the process and handle the data as per business requirements.

Sometimes getting kind of glitch or error while working on Celonis but Celonis team will support us to resolve them.

What do you like best about the product?
Lot of offers in place from Celonis. It has its in-house Pql used to create dashboards and tight coupling with SQL. Celonis has the latest methods to create an excellent dashboard for the leadership view
What do you dislike about the product?
Celonis has too much to offer that it is confusing sometimes as to what should be considered and what not.They dont have updated documentation and also troubleshooting support is not available if you want to use data extractor on prem

it has simplified our PR/PO process. Account receivables, Reconciliation,Oracle related process and many more. It is also having action skill who provides process automation
