User-friendly and efficient CRM tool
What do you like best about the product?
Pipeliner CRM is very intuitive and easy to use compared to other CRM systems. I like how visual and well-structured the interface is, making it simple to track leads, opportunities, and the overall sales pipeline. It helps me stay organized, improves team collaboration, and saves a lot of time with its automation features. The reporting and analytics tools also give clear insights, which makes decision-making much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the system is powerful, it can take some time to learn all the features, especially for new users. The mobile app could also be improved to match the desktop experience more closely. At times, advanced customization options feel limited compared to larger CRM platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeliner CRM is helping me solve the challenge of staying organized with sales leads and follow-ups. Before, it was easy to lose track of opportunities or forget important tasks, but now everything is visual and structured in one place. It saves me time, reduces mistakes, and makes it easier to collaborate with my team. As a result, I’m able to close deals faster and have a clearer view of my sales pipeline and overall business growth

Pipeliner CRM gives a smooth access to CRM records to users, after a successful integration with Gmail and Outlook

solves problems related to inefficient sales processes, lack of sales data visibility, and disconnected teams, by offering a visual, customizable sales pipeline that boosts lead velocity
User-Friendly but Cost-Prohibitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like the setup process of Pipeliner CRM; it was pretty easy and self-explanatory. The dashboard was straightforward, making it easy to input customer information and add new clients. I also found the staff very helpful in guiding me in marketing and managing clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the pricing of Pipeliner CRM to be a significant issue. The cost is currently beyond my budget, making it unaffordable for my business at the moment. This was the primary reason I decided to stop using it after the trial period.

Pipeliner CRM made it easy to set up and use their dashboard, simplifying customer data management and aiding in building a successful business.

It is a world-class, growth-oriented platform that helps us increase our market impact through constructive engagement with consumers and the development of new ideas. The result has been better communication and coordination between our marketing, sales and operations departments. With Pipeliner, we can easily share relevant insights and data across teams, keeping everyone informed and focused on our common goals. As a result, we have not only met our customers' needs, but exceeded our own expectations as users.

While the exorbitant price may put some companies off, we have quickly recouped our investment thanks to its crucial role in the development of our marketing strategy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeliner's automated alerts allow us to proactively address potential pipeline issues, such as delayed opportunities or slowdowns in consumer activity. Our main benefit is the clear and quick understanding of the current and future status of our sales opportunities, made possible by the intuitive and easy-to-use interface that consolidates all relevant sales data and displays it in visually appealing and understandable dashboards.
Excellent CRM

Account hierarchy functionality, social media profile import, ease of use, many customizable features.

Although we're new users, we haven't ran into anything we dislike regarding Pipeliner.

Organization of act history/data, scheduling calls, capturing leads, tracking opportunities, etc.

I really like Pipeliner because creating tasks is super easy and efficient, it offers variable exclusive sales records for the files since it saves all the data, studies the evaluation and its processes carried out at the time of the sale. What do you like best about the product?
The Outlook email plugin worked well. We also liked adding appointments / reminders in Pipeliner CRM that fed into our Outlook calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were generally satisfied with Pipeliner CRM the 2 years we had them. But we did not need them anymore after building out some custom functionality in Airtable, so we decided to cancel.
They told us we “missed our cancelation window” by a week and they insisted on charging us, even though actual renewal was still a few weeks away.
They threatened us with legal action if we did not pay. Eventually they agreed to a 25% discount for our 3 enterprise licenses, but we still paid $3,105 for software we do not need and will not use this year.
Most companies simply prorate your fee if you cancel, but Pipeliner CRM does not.
They are clearly not focused on building long-term client relationships, so work with them at your own risk. We will certainly never do any business with them again, ever.

It supports a sales forecasting system that is used to know future sales with historical data. It provides a centralized system to store the contact and manage the sales. It provides a tracking feature to track the sales.

Its integration with the third-party system is complex with limited features.

It provides a centralized and collaborative system that helps to manage the sales and also helps the sales team to communicate about the update and improve the sales performance. It provides a forecasting feature that helps in planning the new sales strategy and marketing campaigns.
