What do you like best about the product?
The Outlook email plugin worked well. We also liked adding appointments / reminders in Pipeliner CRM that fed into our Outlook calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were generally satisfied with Pipeliner CRM the 2 years we had them. But we did not need them anymore after building out some custom functionality in Airtable, so we decided to cancel.

They told us we “missed our cancelation window” by a week and they insisted on charging us, even though actual renewal was still a few weeks away.

They threatened us with legal action if we did not pay. Eventually they agreed to a 25% discount for our 3 enterprise licenses, but we still paid $3,105 for software we do not need and will not use this year.

Most companies simply prorate your fee if you cancel, but Pipeliner CRM does not.

They are clearly not focused on building long-term client relationships, so work with them at your own risk. We will certainly never do any business with them again, ever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped with tracking email and appointments.
