Pipeliner CRM is the best CRM software for sales operations
What do you like best about the product?
The war room concept, gives tremendous guidelines and insights on the best aproach to close deals and which deals can be closed at the shortest time possible
What do you dislike about the product?
Pipeliner CRM is limited to just one language, it is not available in local languages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of importing data from the internet to the CRM and it has been solved by the google add-in

The pipeliner CRM is excellent and anyone that wants to use it should go for it 100%
Very useful and intuitive tool to improve our selling process

The customer experience, everything is very intuitive and easy to use and the new tools and features of the Cloud Version look very well, we will use anyone.

Nothing for the moment, but it would be very interesting to empower the sales predictions with Artificial Intelligence algorythms for example

We have a very powerfull tool to manage all the leads and oportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy pipeliner CRM is to use while creating leads,accounts and contacts.It is not complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any difficulty using pipeliner CRM so far.

The best thing that has happened for me while using Pipeliner CRM is the systematic way of selling. Pipeliner helps you keep track of what you must do and when you should do it.You are able to move from one task to another in a timely manner.

Look for the CRM that is easy to use and navigate.Most sales representative will not use a complicated software. Pipeliner CRM also has continous sales training for it users which makes it all the more important for anyone who want to use CRM in their organization.

I have been looking simple and easy to use, sales enablement solutions and impress the Pipeliner CRM products visualization aspect. I have also found the web extensions exciting and helped me create records from the information you find on the web and then view the CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Pipeliner CRM is that I can manage my Sales and Opportunities easily through both the mobile App and the cloud implementation. We can also directly send data from email to Pipeliner CRM which out the need to go to CRM application. A manager can easily see which lead has a high probability of closing from the application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pipeliner CRM has some delay when you open it up for the first time in a day

A manager can easily trace and direct his team by looking the data in Pipeliner CRM. Which will increase the efficiency of the team

Data access is easy, Improving of sales representative productivity is on point with Pipeliner CRM. It allows you to track the progress of the leads through the pipeline, and you can resume from where you left off. Pricing is very fair and the Mobile Application is user friendly.

So far so good there is nothing that i would say its bad about it

What do you like best about the product?
The overview for sales and the possibility to use pipeliner as a central working tool, as all necessary functions for a good sales organizationare available. Also the integration of different systems like outlook, microsoft etc. which allows the organisation of makreting e-mails. The easy handling of pipeliner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Necessary manual translation of some keywords due to wrong or bad translation. Display of feeds due to missing line breaks. But we assume that these points can be corrected in the upcoming version

We were already using the Pipeliner hybrid version, so most of the requirements for a sales tool were already met. But the user experience with the cloud version is much better and easier.
We use the new features for better overview and account management. Also, the breakdown of total sales per month is very helpful for better planning.

The best thing I like about Pipeliner CRM is that you can use both computer and phone devices which means you can use it at the office and remotely in the field.

The trial version is a bit short, it took a very short time to analyze it and before knowing it well the trial period was ended

It is time-serving and also simplifies the complex process of the sales process
