Best CRM for any Business Size
What do you like best about the product?
Data access is easy, Improving of sales representative productivity is on point with Pipeliner CRM. It allows you to track the progress of the leads through the pipeline, and you can resume from where you left off. Pricing is very fair and the Mobile Application is user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good there is nothing that i would say its bad about it

You can solve problems related to Customer interactions and Sales Management. Benefits such as managing the processes that involve the interaction between the customer and the sales team

I recommend Pipeliner CRM to any business of any size. It's a good CRM package in the market.

The billing doesn't follow our AP process

Pipeliner helps keep all of our sales communication, data, and goals in one place. It has really kept our team on track and in the loop.

Pipeliner is a helpful tool for keeping your organization on track. I highly recommend using the cloud version and setting up processes through the automizer.

What do you like best about the product?
The overview for sales and the possibility to use pipeliner as a central working tool, as all necessary functions for a good sales organizationare available. Also the integration of different systems like outlook, microsoft etc. which allows the organisation of makreting e-mails. The easy handling of pipeliner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Necessary manual translation of some keywords due to wrong or bad translation. Display of feeds due to missing line breaks. But we assume that these points can be corrected in the upcoming version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were already using the Pipeliner hybrid version, so most of the requirements for a sales tool were already met. But the user experience with the cloud version is much better and easier.
We use the new features for better overview and account management. Also, the breakdown of total sales per month is very helpful for better planning.

The best thing I like about Pipeliner CRM is that you can use both computer and phone devices which means you can use it at the office and remotely in the field.

The trial version is a bit short, it took a very short time to analyze it and before knowing it well the trial period was ended

It is time-serving and also simplifies the complex process of the sales process

Pipeliner is a powerful CRM that can help boost a business' sales in surprising ways, as its system allows for everything from planning sales processes, charts, and profiles, to helping users make better decisions so they can see results in a shorter time frame. I love the service to work daily because its interface is very easy to operate, has a fairly innovative design and above all functional to work smoothly. The service provides access to users through multiple devices such as computers, cell phones, tablets, Mac and through the cloud. Pipeliner is a platform with many useful resources, its performance is spectacular to work with, the experience it provides is magnificent, it really is a good CRM service in which you can see changes in a very short time.

I find that the reports that Pipeliner provides are quite crude in terms of the content it provides, because it has information that is difficult to understand, very short and sometimes not as useful as one would like, really the only improvement I can say that you need this software is to your reporting and analysis system to provide more complete and useful information.

Pipeliner is a CRM software that we have been using for over two years and I can say that the results we have achieved have been great, as it gives us very useful resources to work in a focused way on important goals, provide a quality experience for our distinguished customers, increase revenue streams and accelerate the growth of our brand in the market.

Great overview and super easy and intuitive user-interface. It is very easy to get visibility for you - and your team - of the contacts and/or sales process with your potential customers. This visibility forms the basis for creating value for the company.
Furthermore it is easy to tailor the system to our business needs and also very easy to setup reporting or extract data for further analyzing of your data.
In addition the Pipeliner keeps adding new features that are helpful and valuable to our business. If we have any issues the support is very quick and helpful!
