Just what I need
What do you like best about the product?
Desk top is clean and well organized - Very easy to use.

There is really nothing that I dislike about Pipeliner

It's very intuitive, easy to figure out. Anything that you have questions on, they are very quick to respond and help answer your questions

Haven't found a real negative feature yet, easy to learn and customer service responses are extremely quick and helpful

The pipeline feature allows us to see a running foresight on expected sales, allowing us to accurately forecast for our budgets

I love the easy way to individualize and customize our CRM Software to our affords.
With no programming skills we can easy create our own entry-masks and database with very quick and comfortable summary functions. Its fully Office-integrated and we like the scalable purchase-possibilities. It grows with our company and I´m not scared about any limits the software could have for us.

What do you dislike about the product?
We are frm the DACH region and I would like to have a german-speaking support for the software for our collegues. Or german-speaking webinar-videos for the usecases for all of this functions.
The second thing that I have missed was a pre-defined setup for a business, that is related to individuals instead of companies. It took a lot of initial affords to rearrange all the Account / Contact - Structure of the programm for using pipeliner as CRM for "human" clients meanly and not for company-accounts.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The customer-database ist totally clean since we use pipeliner. We have had so many Excel-Sheets, Access-Sheets and self created forms and files before. I don´t miss this time.
With more staff we cann easily manage processes and customer relations with pipeliner. Unfortunatly we don´t use the full power of all functions. But we are learning daily... :-)

At times it can get complicated, but with enough practice it can be used easily.

Some integration with in-house systems can take a bit of figuring out.

Managing leads across the business spread over the whole of Australia. Sharing leads and ensuring no cross-overs.
The product has been stable and useful for a visual CRM platform. Customer Service is excellent.

Have not learned all the ways to sort and export data for mailings, etc.

Pipeliner is one of the easiest CRM software to use, its interface is visually appealing and houses a wealth of tools to manage accounts, tasks, reporting and lead management with the lowest level of complexity as it has a clearly low learning curve, intuitive mobile applications with a large number of features that give the user capabilities to carry out all their activities related to customers and without the need for connection, has integrations with many social networks and in addition to that offers a clear and simple visualization of all sales processes
What do you dislike about the product?
Pipeliner has some points against it like for example it has little storage and this a big disadvantage, it does not have enough support options, the calendar system and reminders are confusing it is hard at first to get used to working with this system, the internal chat is unattractive and also it is a little complex to use, it is not easy to make advanced reports, the security of this program is very weak I would like you to improve this problem with a new update

Pipeliner was the best solution we could find to solve our data management problems and it has also helped us a lot to track our customer service activities and manage, administer our contacts, all the information we collect thanks to Pipeliner we have used to create sales opportunities and for managers to evaluate each potential customer and see the current status of each customer, its strong integrations with social networks have also been of great help to reach our potential customers from multiple channels and finally having a really low learning curve has been of great help to make the adaptation process of this software much faster

Pipeliner is the ideal program for any sales department and can be adapted to all types of industry this is a great reason why I would recommend using Pipeliner as a sales CRM software, it is an excellent tool to collect information from prospective customers and to evaluate the potential of each of them, it is a very easy to use platform which makes it excellent for conducting workshops or training sales staff, finally I also recommend this tool to track sales processes and manage accounts
