What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been a Pipeliner user for several years and are now using their Cloud product. The system is flexible, easy to use, and accessible anywhere including through the mobile app.

The Pipeliner Team is constantly working on improving what is already an excellent CRM. I love the constant improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't integrate with our ERP system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access in the office and on the road. Everyone is on the same page. 😊👍

Get your team to buy into any product before purchase.

Seamless Info flow for Salespeople

What do you like best about the product?
Pipeliner CRM allows seamless flow of info throughout the sales process both in desktops and mobile apps, it is just awesome. It’s a great tool for sales professional, who is busy and on the move unable to generate or manage contacts and leads. With Mobile app on the go, it’s very easy for me to get it installed on my phone; will be up to date with the latest sales information on the go and can scan business cards, and make voice-to-text notes etc. it would be the same for most of sales representatives and sales managers. I strongly recommend as a must have app for all sales professionals. In Pipeliner CRM, no need for a high-cost, full-time administrator and can be done by anyone with powerful inline help as well as instant chat with tech support.
As a sales manager I love the way reporting features in Pipeliner with options include standard reports, pivot table reports, advanced business intelligence reports, forecast reports or performance dashboard reports and all anyone can create and use these reports, quickly, easily and powerfully.
All the future is mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any feature of Pipeliner CRM is not user friendly, so I don't have any dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
capturing sales data, keeping update with sales information was difficult and now with Pipeliner CRM mobile app, i can keep myself updated on the go and also now able to capture all sales date easily by scan and voice recordings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Besides some standard features, the future is mobile and Pipeliner is leading the way with the very first AI-empowered mobile CRM with this, your sales team will always be up to date with the latest sales information on the go and can scan business cards, and make voice-to-text notes.

I highly recommend pipeliner CRM for organization in aspect of customer relationship and uploading of electronic files archive and relates with accurate data entry of clients information. its really simple to use because of its simplicity nature of software.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the visualizations and the interface is very catching especially if you are a first time user. Also it's integration to other sites like email is very useful

Well I haven't found anything that I hated about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to save your contacts when you get prospects
You can put in reminders incase the lead has stayed in one process for a long time
Can read report from anywhere with the mobile app

They should really try and give it a go use the 14 day trial to get familiar with it am sure they will love it.

What do you like best about the product?
Infographic view, super easy user-interface, customization, add-ins to email to add the leads and the insights you are able keep an eye on sales team KPIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say adding a developer API would help some part of the businesses to make changes that they need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems: Time wasted on teaching new sales members on how to use CRM. Changing the way we used CRM before as a contacts file.

Benefits:
More engagement and data added by sales team due its simplicity.
Sales members are more able to perceive the add-value of CRM in the sales cycle.

This will change the way you sales team ever perceived a CRM tool. It's easy to use and provides a visual view of the pipeline so sales rep will drag n drop without spending much time to learn or do the updates, it also works offline.

What do you like best about the product?
What I have liked most about working with Pipeliner CRM is its uniform and navigation interface which is designed to make customer relationships visual and dynamic, it is very versatile and has integrations with a lot of social networks, sales processes and activities are much faster and easier, the mobile application is great because it has different visual and dynamic tools that allow us to carry out sales processes remotely it is a good platform to develop management reports, advanced and dynamic tables that are very important for both managers and sales people. I am really satisfied with the performance of this application
What do you dislike about the product?
Pipeliner CRM is not perfect, it has some deficiencies that should be improved as soon as possible like for example its android application which urgently needs an upgrade as it does not have enough tools in relation to its IOS application or its web domain, it needs to improve its security measures this is a point that I consider important, I would like it to have synchronization options, it needs more features for marketing campaigns, the calendar and reminder system seems a bit outdated I would like to improve its design, I need more tools that allow me to monitor the sales activities of the staff
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeliner CRM has been a great partner to the marketing and sales department in finding an effective and easy to use platform to carry out sales processes and activities. Pipeliner CRM has carried out lead assessments, task management, social networking and email marketing campaigns, We have also been able to manage our clients' data perfectly as it has a lot of space to store our documents, we use it in small marketing teams as they can make a dynamic and channeled visualization of all sales processes, thanks to this formula that Pipeliner CRM offers to work our sales we have seen an increase in our income

Pipeliner CRM is the tool every sales department needs to manage and carry out sales processes as well as produce advanced analysis and dynamic tables that are very useful for marketing and sales managers, with Pipeliner CRM you will have a complete view of customer relationships, plus it is reasonably priced so this scope of small organizations would not recommend their mobile android application

What do you like best about the product?
Pipeliner's visual interface is the easiest for me to understand and see where opportunities stand.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if it integrated with our SAP Business One

We are able to track multiple "Pipelines". We can easily track Leads, Opportunities and Customer Complaints. Before it was very cumbersome to do. Now we can generate reports that help us manage our business.

Nothing so far I have not come across something I don't like.

Creating leads and collecting data. I have realized that I can easily create my leads and easily get my data in excel format.
