Pipeliner is a very good tool, even if we only use it for Contact Management.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the customer service/support. The migration team was really good and helped us get our data in the system without any issues. We primarily use Pipeliner for only contact/account management. While we've had a few issues here and there from our migration from Maximizer, we've found that the product is really solid overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say while the customer service is good, it would be nice to be able to call a hotline and get immediate support. This is still a nice touch with any company, but contacting support through email is not the worst thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are just using it as a contact management tool. So we don't use it in dept beyond what most folks are using it for.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If we were in search of a CRM, I would definitely suggest we look into Pipeliner. We have an in-house built application for that specific thing, but I'd definitely use Pipeliner otherwise.

Being able to use the app and desktop seamlessly across multiple platforms.

Having to manual sync from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The app is very user friendly so I've been able to use it at dinners, meetings, or when there is no internet access. Also, the desktop works well with the hybrid version for use when in an area with no internet access
Great sales tool for a small sales team!
What do you like best about the product?
Complete access to update on mobile app. Ease of use for non-computer oriented sales people. Ability to use mobile app for maps or to phone customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Number of times that it required re-logging in. Seems to time-out, even if you are still using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordination of sales team as well as having a better insight into activities of the sales team by reviewing Feed. Significant benefit to being able to guide a relatively green sales team by making comments on their notes on opportunities and leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Pipeliner has helped us gain visibility into our sales process which has lead to improvements. We like how we can tailor the system to our business needs. The support team is always very responsive and helps answer an questions we have.

We don't currently have any dislikes. Any time a challenge has come up, the support team has jumped in to help right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The flexible reporting capabilities have helped us improve tracking for various sales initiatives. This resulted in improved efficiency and quality. We can now identify the right time to coach the sales reps.
We have also started using the automation features to reduce the time it takes our sales reps to send out agreements among other things. The time reduction will help us increase sales revenue without adding additional sales people.

We have been more than satisfied with Pipeliner and highly recommend the program. The system has an enormous amount of capabilities yet maintains a simple user experience. Pipeliner is constantly enhancing the system and adding elements such as sales automation and sales enablement. The Pipeliner support team has been a great resource and provided valuable insights to improve our sales department.

PIPELINER CRM Massive sales !!
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great tool for our company as it provides more focus, analysis and channeling during the sales process, in this way we increase our profits and maintain a high level of productivity and sales. The sales department is comfortable with the interface because it can be navigated without problems and it is fast, it even has a very nice and easy-to-use mobile CRM application. We maintain communication within the platform through the integration of internal chat, we generate better task management and we carry out more organized segmentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our work team has not presented complications when implementing CRM pipeliner, however at first it was a bit confusing to configure it but only that, it took us a little time, but nothing else. Now the whole team is able to configure it quickly when making any changes. We are happy.

Pipeliner is our multitasking CRM, our sales department really simplified their work and navigates in a simpler and faster way, saves a lot of valuable time that allows us to increase our income, this thanks to the interface and the dashboard to quickly identify the data for the analysis process. We build a great sales team with the perfect tools capable of offering a great user experience, attracting the greatest number of potential customers and also complementing functions to carry out daily tasks smoothly and efficiently. It's easy to use, it provides simple integrations, and it really does have everything under one roof, it's all we need. We have great CRM on our side. Something that we must highlight is the mobile version with it we can maintain a high performance of our equipment, from any remote location.

Of course I recommend it, since for us it is a great complement so that our sales department is always at a high level, its tools provide quality to improve the experience of our clients, we have a greater recruitment of potential clients, we expand our reach, we generate more sales and income and maintain high productivity. We are very happy with the results obtained as we exceeded the objectives. It is visually easy to work with, it has a great interface, clean and organized, this also allows us to carry out effective monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
You can actually adjust Pipeliners categories and names to fit exactly to your business wording. The people who work for Pipeliner such as the sales rep Joe Pacheco are extremely helpful. Any questions I had Joe and the staff from Pipeliner have answered with a prompt response. We are an Engineering company who found in Pipeliner's CMR exactly what we were looking for.

There's not one thing I dislike about Pipeliner.

It's exactly what my Engineering company needed for our company. The proposal's along the pipeline is a great tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Pipieliner CRM ever sales-friendly interface. Easy to set-up with fast pace integrations. No expensive consultant required and can be easily learnt by anyone

I have been using Pipeliner CRM for almost a year and no dislike identify till date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm currently using Pipeliner CRM to acquire new customers and reducing cost. Pipeliner CRM has been helping me to earning more revenues.
