What do you like best about the product?
You can actually adjust Pipeliners categories and names to fit exactly to your business wording. The people who work for Pipeliner such as the sales rep Joe Pacheco are extremely helpful. Any questions I had Joe and the staff from Pipeliner have answered with a prompt response. We are an Engineering company who found in Pipeliner's CMR exactly what we were looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not one thing I dislike about Pipeliner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's exactly what my Engineering company needed for our company. The proposal's along the pipeline is a great tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Pipieliner CRM ever sales-friendly interface. Easy to set-up with fast pace integrations. No expensive consultant required and can be easily learnt by anyone
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Pipeliner CRM for almost a year and no dislike identify till date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm currently using Pipeliner CRM to acquire new customers and reducing cost. Pipeliner CRM has been helping me to earning more revenues.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform is perfect for the company's sales department, as it provides tools to manage sales and analysis in a more effective and fluid way. With pipeliner CRM we can monitor all sales processes in addition to observing them in real time, in this way we rate the effectiveness of the work team and if it is really improving the customer experience. We also have access from anywhere remotely, thanks to the application.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not present problems of any kind, we have no complaints about the operation of the platform, in fact it has been a great choice for our company and its growth. We used other softwares before and none like Pipeliner crm, is above them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We implemented pipeliner CRM throughout the company, especially in the sales department. Our team has work fluency and generates a more organized and clean work. Furthermore, the experience we offer to our clients has improved. It covers all the needs of the company, our sales have increased and we have higher profits apart from a large production and attracting potential customers. We can also rate the quality of work performed by our team, through monitoring and visualization of the sales process. The interface is visually attractive, responsive and easy to use, all the data provided is accessible and usable, it also has a very flexible configuration that adapts to the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a very flexible CRM for any company, it will allow you to track and carefully observe the sales process in real time, you can correct and qualify the entire sales department team to guarantee a quality service and experience, you will get a greater reach of clients, increases in sales and profits, time savings and work fluency. It is easy to use, you can also manage potential customers, activities, sales flows among others. totally recommended.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike so far - we are only at the beginning, so I'll do my best to find something!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small design consultancy business, just setting off on an international expansion. Until now we used an only-Mac-based CRM system which was limiting. Added to this was that we could not get the reporting we wanted from the old system.

We investigate a number of different CRM systems. And when I say 'a number' I mean a load of CRM systems..... Copper, Insightly, FreshSales, HubSpot, Sugar, ZOHO, SalesForce, and a few others I can't even remember. We needed a system that connects to Gmail, gives good reports, makes following a lead through its stages easy, could be used for our international business, and was easy to learn.

The visual way of working with our lead pipelines (we use different pipelines for different prospect profiles) gives a much better overview of where a lead is in its process and consequently makes reporting easier.

Pipeliner makes it possible to have our international partners work within their own part of the systems without interrupting others. The system automatically shows leads and wins in our own currency in the reports.

I am looking forward to the extra sales we will achieve using better lead information and a more streamlined sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
This is software that provides exponential growth in company sales. It provides good management of all contacts, it has a great capacity for generating reports both in the application and as an integrated report module, it is really easy and makes the work more fluid. It has good integration with email, Gmail and Outlook, it also contains advanced customizations and guarantees quality, simplified and efficient work. The interface is good, easy to handle and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have previously used other CRM softwares but based on our experience, comparing performance, productivity and objectives achieved, we have no doubt that Pipeliner has been the best and is two steps ahead of the others. We have not presented problems, only some minor failures but nothing to worry about, we solve quickly and continue working smoothlu.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use piperliner CRM in our company, it allows us to obtain an effective data management management and track our activities where we provide customer service. It has been a fundamental piece for the interaction with our clients and on a daily basis our clients and employees are connected to social networks. It also generates reports that are clean and simple but that provide adequate and necessary information so that we can make strategic decisions in a more clear and effective way. We carry out the automation of sales, this has led us to a significant increase in profits, we have reached each of the objectives set and we have a greater reach of potential clients.

This is an ideal platform for any company, you can carry out a more effective management of analytics and sales processes, to generate exponential growth for your business, increases in profits, interaction with your customers, greater reach of potential customers, automatic system of sales where you can obtain benefits such as time savings and work flow for your work team. What do you like best about the product?
Pipeliner has thought of everything and has made it extremely user friendly! It also is at a very budget friendly price, and what you get for that price is amazing! If for some reason you cannot figure out how to do something the support is fantastic! They are extremely patient and detailed in showing you how to accomplish what you are needing help with. Scott Voss in particular has been wonderful person to interact with and it shows through our companies interaction with him you are not just another account in their system. They truly care about all customers using their program to have success with it and to help aid them in growing their business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! This program has been created excellently.

Pipeliner has helped us automate and streamline so much in our day to day business operations.

What do you like best about the product?
A strong network of the client and the strong customer relation, eventually nourish an organization and Pipeliner is one of the modern software which aim in providing a specific platform where not only I manage my previous customer relations but also it allows me to expand my sales by providing me reporting about my entire sales process, so that I can chalk out best plans to progress further. Finally, I would say Pipeliner has shared my everyday workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pipeliner CRM is not so good in offering the effective pricing policies. It restricts its access to the small organizations and also sometimes its mobile application does not work fast and also it is difficult to find the key tools on its mobile application. Further it’s limited in its integration policies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I organize my daily based data on this tool in much synchronized manner this tool has brought my whole team at one place where we built new marketing strategies and easily I highlight our weak areas to wok upon. It is very user friendly application with very simple and appealing interface. I did not face any issue right from its purchasing to its installation and configuration as well.

This application is built in such a way that you can have the complete idea about entire workflow. Moreover this application will help you built new business cards and provides you a complete solution for managing your client’s relation.

What do you like best about the product?
It has very simple and appealing interface as it represent everything in color full form which is eye. I always find the right tool easily and it’s built in automation engine is helping me to get completed my jobs of sending and sharing the data and in report generation. It has helped me to handle my client via email and it has made easy communication for me and provides me ease in launching the campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its technical support is a bit lazy because the other day when I discussed my issue with them then they took long for resolving my problem. Otherwise it is the backbone of our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am glad to be its customer as it is integrated with so many applications which facilitate me to drag and drop the data across those platforms very easily and effectively. Pipeliner is best application of better organizing and handling the client data.

Strongly recommended relationship management platform. Its KPI-dashboard will always keeps you and your team update. It is a quality and cost controlled solution, which provides you various plans and offers a free trail for better understanding.
