Pipeliner CRM is the best money ever spent on our business
What do you like best about the product?
Pipeliner has thought of everything and has made it extremely user friendly! It also is at a very budget friendly price, and what you get for that price is amazing! If for some reason you cannot figure out how to do something the support is fantastic! They are extremely patient and detailed in showing you how to accomplish what you are needing help with. Scott Voss in particular has been wonderful person to interact with and it shows through our companies interaction with him you are not just another account in their system. They truly care about all customers using their program to have success with it and to help aid them in growing their business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! This program has been created excellently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeliner has helped us automate and streamline so much in our day to day business operations.

What do you like best about the product?
A strong network of the client and the strong customer relation, eventually nourish an organization and Pipeliner is one of the modern software which aim in providing a specific platform where not only I manage my previous customer relations but also it allows me to expand my sales by providing me reporting about my entire sales process, so that I can chalk out best plans to progress further. Finally, I would say Pipeliner has shared my everyday workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pipeliner CRM is not so good in offering the effective pricing policies. It restricts its access to the small organizations and also sometimes its mobile application does not work fast and also it is difficult to find the key tools on its mobile application. Further it’s limited in its integration policies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I organize my daily based data on this tool in much synchronized manner this tool has brought my whole team at one place where we built new marketing strategies and easily I highlight our weak areas to wok upon. It is very user friendly application with very simple and appealing interface. I did not face any issue right from its purchasing to its installation and configuration as well.

It has very simple and appealing interface as it represent everything in color full form which is eye. I always find the right tool easily and it’s built in automation engine is helping me to get completed my jobs of sending and sharing the data and in report generation. It has helped me to handle my client via email and it has made easy communication for me and provides me ease in launching the campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its technical support is a bit lazy because the other day when I discussed my issue with them then they took long for resolving my problem. Otherwise it is the backbone of our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am glad to be its customer as it is integrated with so many applications which facilitate me to drag and drop the data across those platforms very easily and effectively. Pipeliner is best application of better organizing and handling the client data.

Pipeliner CRM is the most friendly and easy to operate software. I am relaying on this tool from a long time and till now I did not came across any major issues. They have very supportive customer services staff that help us when ever required. This tool has brought a transparency in our every day working, now the storage of the client’s data and to built new marketing strategies based on its reporting, is proving very effective for our business growth.

There is nothing which I do not like about Pipeliner. I have not acme across any other tool which is speedy in terms of report generation and it has helped me a lot in closing the leads I hardly missed any important alert, thus it has added to my business value. I am its satisfied and happy customer.

It is one of the most efficient CRM platform. It provides us the graphical representation of our all working. Pipeliner has never left our sales pipeline empty and now I feel more confident in dealing with clients by providing them the right piece of information. Easy to use drag and drop interface, and the Hybrid cloud which allow us to work online and offline through any devices. Now i can go out and look for client at the same time work from my mobile, less office work!

firstly i enjoy the visual interface of Pipeliner CRM. the fact that I am able to see everything in pictures, colorful patterns, graphs and charts. secondly what i also enjoy is the ease of use. meaning that I did not find it difficult to use at all, as well as the immediate customer support chat box.

honestly, so far i personally have no complaints or any dislikes about Pipeliner CRM.

I love how easy it is to add a new leads and contacts, especially from LinkedIn. I like how easy it is to see at what stage your prospect is in the sales process and how easy it is to move from one stage to the next in the pipeline. Historical data archived helps me keep track of where I have been and were I am going with future sales.
