It has a sales-friendly interface, takes a visual approach, very easy to learn.
What do you like best about the product?
I would say I really loved the easy visualization, no-high cost and its ability to integrate with everything.

I can't work with other languages on the software

It has really helped so far to drive exceptional user engagement which increased sales overall,
Also, now I don't have to spend as much time generating visualized reports as Pipeliner makes it very easy to do that

What do you like best about the product?
Pipeliner CRM is a very user friendly visual system. Pipeliner CRM compared to others have a built in lead qualifier making the process from lead to sale easier and quicker. The system can easily be adopted and used by sales agents, whether new in the industry or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales support online takes a bit longer to come back with answers to crucial questions when needed. I would like to have a conversion in the local currency of the country where Pipeliner CRM is used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeliner CRM has impacted my work positively with its Gmail Add-in, the two syncs effortlessly and no contact is left out.

The archive feature that a Manager can use for coaching staff. Staff can be given tips on how to improve in their strong or weak areas, where applicable.

Free trial expiry for learners, i wish this could be left open until learning is satisfactory.

It is really easy and even entertaining to change the status of opportunities. Visual reports and dashboards are really well designed and well informing.

It would be nice if the reports I created would be sent to my mailbox periodically.
