What do you like best about the product?
Pipeliner CRM is the most friendly and easy to operate software. I am relaying on this tool from a long time and till now I did not came across any major issues. They have very supportive customer services staff that help us when ever required. This tool has brought a transparency in our every day working, now the storage of the client’s data and to built new marketing strategies based on its reporting, is proving very effective for our business growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing which I do not like about Pipeliner. I have not acme across any other tool which is speedy in terms of report generation and it has helped me a lot in closing the leads I hardly missed any important alert, thus it has added to my business value. I am its satisfied and happy customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is one of the most efficient CRM platform. It provides us the graphical representation of our all working. Pipeliner has never left our sales pipeline empty and now I feel more confident in dealing with clients by providing them the right piece of information. Moreover over it has reduced my work load by atomizing the everyday challenges.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
From my side it is highly recommended to sales and marketing based industrial set up. It has worthy to use mobile application. Which will provide you all the alerts and you could be capable of creating and scanning the business cards as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use drag and drop interface, and the Hybrid cloud which allow us to work online and offline through any devices. Now i can go out and look for client at the same time work from my mobile, less office work!
What do you dislike about the product?
Yet i have not experience any dislike with this Software CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest challenge within the business was the field sales person, as it was difficult to managed them, now with the pipeliner CRM. Business owner has the ability to view every performance data on pipeliner crm, able to upload information for sales activities with needing them in the office..
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In this Century of Digitization and the Sales entrepreneurs, Pipeliner CRM has come in the right time as the world is moving in the era of social distancing. I will highly recommend any business to take the faith to try out their free trail.

I will suggest to take time for training, looking at their feature and comparing it with other CRM, Pipeliner is the only crm that is developed with the salesperson in mind.

Easy, mobile interface friendly and can be operated on any device online and offline plus it has very reason packages which suit small business.

What do you like best about the product?
firstly i enjoy the visual interface of Pipeliner CRM. the fact that I am able to see everything in pictures, colorful patterns, graphs and charts. secondly what i also enjoy is the ease of use. meaning that I did not find it difficult to use at all, as well as the immediate customer support chat box.
What do you dislike about the product?
honestly, so far i personally have no complaints or any dislikes about Pipeliner CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
less paper work and admin. it is literally like carrying my work with me at no cost at all. and with immediate access on my mobile app i can simply track any progress or change whatsoever i want and not have to go through any problem at all

i say give it a try. you can start with the trial first, and it is highly possible that Pipeliner CRM will meet your needs and exceed some expectations as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to add a new leads and contacts, especially from LinkedIn. I like how easy it is to see at what stage your prospect is in the sales process and how easy it is to move from one stage to the next in the pipeline. Historical data archived helps me keep track of where I have been and were I am going with future sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't say there is anything I dislike about Pipeliner CRM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often forgot about a potential customer, with Pipeliner CRM it keeps track of all my prospects as the system tell me when I need to pay attention to a prospect based on system input and what I have scheduled for the prospect. I have improved my overall sales as I am able to contact prospects at the right time.

There are so many CRM systems out there, I like that Pipeliner gives added value to help develop sales people.

What do you like best about the product?
Pipeliner is our key CRM for our sales and client success group. What do you like best about the product?
The system is easy to both deploy and use, especially the fact that no dedicated specialised administrators are required. The graphical user interface is just a pleasure to work with. As one can work both online and offline, the system suits everyone who works both in and out of the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have settled for Pipeliner CRM as my best sales CRM and as such, nothing to my dislike is currently available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have saved a lot especially from not employing expensive system administrators. As people are currently working remotely, we are able to have our sales teams working from their places and they just update progress on the simple to use mobile apps on their smart phones. The dashboard has allowed us to daily track our progress, a feature which is very much helpful. As we deployed the system, it took us much less time, even the training of users is just but simple and effective.

I would say I really loved the easy visualization, no-high cost and its ability to integrate with everything.

I can't work with other languages on the software

It has really helped so far to drive exceptional user engagement which increased sales overall,
Also, now I don't have to spend as much time generating visualized reports as Pipeliner makes it very easy to do that

What do you like best about the product?
Pipeliner CRM is a very user friendly visual system. Pipeliner CRM compared to others have a built in lead qualifier making the process from lead to sale easier and quicker. The system can easily be adopted and used by sales agents, whether new in the industry or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales support online takes a bit longer to come back with answers to crucial questions when needed. I would like to have a conversion in the local currency of the country where Pipeliner CRM is used.

Pipeliner CRM has impacted my work positively with its Gmail Add-in, the two syncs effortlessly and no contact is left out.
