Easy use functioning CRM system
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about CRM is how simple it is to use. As sales people normally are occupied with clients here and there it assists in keeping all the important data documented. This brings me to the next best thing which is easy to extract reports and able ling them to view the trends of their sales people and what is happening with their clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
As i have just used it on a few basis i have not been able to notice anything that will make me dislike it. If i find one after a using it for a while i will totally share with the team to help in improving the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting to store customer database, keeping contacts and changes, being able to see the trend of my customer, being able to forecast on numbers that can highly be achieved. Getting reports from all parts in the CRM and visualized reports with insights. Able to add in information through the web clipper and lastly being able to reply and send emails from the crm.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to have a clear view on knowing where you are and where you are going and where you will want to be and ways to achieve that as a company i advise you to have a pipeliner CRM. IT WORKS. Have a trial its free and with just the use of it in 2 weeks you and your team will fall in love with it and what it can help you achieve as a team.

What do you like best about the product?
The Pipeliner is easy to administer and does not require special or expensive training to master.It is user friendly and has allowed us to automate our sales process.We have been able to generate more leads,prioritize our services to target customers,track feed-backs which has helped us to keep ahead of our competitors.It intergrates with your email and you can easily include this contact in your prospects list.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know that much resources has gone in to produce such an Awesome CRM,but free trial period can still be extended to 30 days.With such an increase in the trial period ,users can always have a better experience of it, to the extent that they would not let go and hence more subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeliner CRM has helped us to increase our revenue and reached more customers within the period under review.

We have automated our sales process and have stayed closer to our customers using Pipeliner CRM .

It empower companies to operate without a high cost, full time administrator, its administration requires a few hours of learning and can be done by anyone, thus saving the cost of hiring a full time administrator.

It is user friendly and anyone can use it, it has great visuals which allow for ease in navigation. The system is revolutionary and can easily be integrated in any organization

I can`t really fault the pipeliner CRM but one possible future development is intergration with Microsoft. In terms of having one calendar.

Pipeliner has done a good job of making the system easy for admins and users. I like that we are able to get in contact directly with people making or facilitating changes.

There are some customizations that are standard in other CRM's that aren't in Pipeliner
