Spectacular of this CRM Software

What do you like best about the product?
The feature of this Pipeliner CRM to integrate with popular business softwares to ensure that users enjoy a seamless experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing serious but the only concern is trial period is somehow limited, it should have been at least 29 days, i hope obviously in near future they will update it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this CRM software i have managed to solve certain things and at the same time gain benefits as highlighted herein

Reducing delays on works and as results we benefited by improving efficiency by getting better ways to manage leads as Pipeliner CRM helps to link with multiple departments such as customer service department, marketing department etc.

Solve the storage problem and backups of customers details from other devices and cloud, and as results from Pipeliner CRM we manage to store customer information in just one place just by grouping them so as to make easy follow up plan.

Avoid unwanted decisions, s by using analytics and reporting methods from Pipeliner CRM, and as result we get insightful and metrics which is very useful to measure business performance and make key decisions.

Reduce complains and unsatisfactory form customers and other clients and hence helps to maintain them very well as through this Pipliner CRM software helps to manage customers well.

CRM has never get exited than this, with this Pipeliner Software we can see the future of the CRM with evolution.

Pipeliner Crm is most helpful with many features that can accomplish multiple tasks , it saves time.

I dislike nothing here . pipeliner crm was busy to make me surprised by its features

Lead,account and contact creation problems are solved here by using pipeliner crm.

What do you like best about the product?
Its Visual user interface and customization abilities to one's requirements
What do you dislike about the product?
It mostly focuses on sales,I would have loved it to address other functions too
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of poor sales coordination, lack of a proper sales pipeline, lack of clear focus and poor reporting.
My major benefit is, the ability to plan and execute a proper sales pipeline thereby resulting in improved closing of deals. It helps in sales management

Its a fantastic CRM solution with unique features, unmatched by any other CRM software.

What do you like best about the product?
The navigation is visual and very simple to use and operate. I can easily track my sales, input data, leads, and opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am yet to notice any negative features. The software is just wonderfully good.

Pipeliner CRM has improved my sales efforts. I now know how to effectively follow leads and convert leads into profitable opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
Pipeliner integrates the most important elements of sales management into a CRM - Sales velocity, team management, supervised follow-ups and forecasts. It's the best tool for sales teams that desire more efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Love the way contacts and leads sync together. Love the new Hubspot Integration too. I think Pipeliner's bulk email feature isn't intuitive enough. Probably because the goal is one-to-one communication with leads. Would love a more advanced bulk email feature and the ability to create email sequences directly in Pipeliner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeliner makes it easier to follow up with leads. And move communications faster. Using Pipeliner, I've been able to develop and refine a concrete sales process and identify inefficiencies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is much helpful information to guide sales managers and business dev. professionals on Pipeliner's Youtube channel and on the SalesPop channel.

What do you like best about the product?
Pipeliner is a very visual platform that takes a lot of the mundane attributes of a CRM system away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deletion of accounts and opportunities could be made more straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now we are solving a simulated sale scenario with the system. The major benefits I have seen are the clear organization of accounts and where they are at in the sales cycle.

Utilize Pipeliner's Sales POp magazine to help ease problems and find inspiration.

What do you like best about the product?
I thought the process was very smooth when closing out a deal with a client. It was very easy to navigate through the CRM and gave me tips when I needed it. Arranging the dates to the correct cliental helped made things very organized for me when having to schedule something for the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it very annoying how it constantly kept opening up new tabs when clicking on the buyer description. I thought it was just an extra step that didnt needed to be added when researching your buyer's description
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving to see what kind of buyer we are dealing with and how we are going to pitch our sales plan towards that person. Seeing what buyer strategy we will have to pitch towards them based on their description. This also helps see where the buyer is at with you when closing out a deal. It lets us know what we can do and when you should meet with your buyer to discuss where you two are at in the process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take time to get familiar with all the functions of the CRM before going in and starting deals with a client because it can get very confusing when you don't know all the functions to it.
