Excellent CRM Software
What do you like best about the product?
It is interactive. The user interface is attractive.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I believe that there is always room for improvement, nothing struck out to me that needs to changed for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am selling printers to Businesses by taking on the opportunities that I have. The ability to forecast your progress really puts me ahead of the game.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it and get in the game. It really lets you explore the opportunities that are out there. It's not a dull interface. I believe that practice makes things a lot better. Keep using it and keep on learning. This is a great software to handle opportunities. Pipeliner showcases money that could be earned.
We used Pipeliner in our sales tech class. It was a great tool for us beginners..
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how it made it feel like we were holding real accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
Its is somewhat difficult to navigate. I didn't like how the opportunities tab and the others were at the bottom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeliner held most of the details of my accounts. For instance, it had my buyers motivation to buy. That gave me an upper hand because I knew what I was walking into.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pipeliner is a great tool if you are looking to get your feet wet with CRM. If you are a beginner, I highly recommend.
Great Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the user experience and it seems to be very simple to navigate through the different features it has to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I do not have any concerns with the site since it is really an easy site to navigate and enter information into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to understand how to better sell to our clients based on the type of buyer they appear to be. We are learning how to sell and manage relationships on a CRM platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a shot and you will really get a better idea of how helpful this program really is.
A Visual Representation of Sales
What do you like best about the product?
It's hard to visualize with one project, but when you have multiple projects on your timeline, you can quickly understand why this software is important. Having access to all the important information for that sale in one visual board can bring anyone up to speed on any given project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the interface, the bottom dashboard is forgotten easily (by my entire class, might I add) and it appears difficult to find information when it is just hidden in plain sight. A minor error, but makes the overall user experience less friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Utilizing Pipeliner helps visualize multiple projects at once. Having all of their information on one dashboard truly saves the time and effort of going through different sign-ins just to access data. I also find it handy that other people can also share this information, which leads to better up-to-date reporting and communication.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the thorough ease of navigating Pipeliner. It is easy to follow where things are located, the process and steps to a deal, and how to find those deals in reports and other pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
One subject that I dislike is not being able to see what I have done in Pipeliner CRM in my activity feed. I don't know if it is the only activity that I input that I have done or if it is to hold the data that I also take on the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I'm solving with Pipeliner CRM is the information and time-sensitive topics. It helps understand how consistently I should stay in touch and keep the conversation relative and continuously moving forward.
Very easy and accessible CRM system.
What do you like best about the product?
It was helpful to see where I was with my sales and to know where I was progressing. I also enjoyed how all my information for my clients was in one place so I could see what I'm selling them and how to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how you have to manually update where you are in the sale. If it could track your emails and where you are in the sales, then it would be more benefical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has impacted my work because it shows how much money you are making along with how you can progress. It shows you where your end goal is and what you have to sell with packages to your customer to get where you are suppose to be.

Have videos or more gudiance when using Pipeliner for the first time.

The contacts page is very useful; you can take notes from the conversation and keep a record of what the client likes or dislikes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting files cannot be simplified (some elements are unnecessary and it's difficult to customize the downloaded exported file)

Tracking client's orders/ taking notes of the client to remember their needs

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the streamline features of Pipeliner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough YouTube videos to assist in creating a sale (for beginners).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates a solution to streamlining the sales process. Realized that I can see the process laid out in front of me and allows me to see which step I am in.
Introduced to CRM in a simple, but effective way.
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity aspect of Pipeliner CRM. After spending just over an hour I started to more easily pick up on its features. I also enjoy the real world connection and how applicable Pipeliner is to the real world. The navigation in pipeliner is another piece I like. It is easy to see all accounts in pipeliner or check progress within opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was a bit overwhelmed when I first was introduced to Pipeliner, but that feeling quickly went away after I started navigating more on my own. I still feel like I am not fully utilizing Pipeliner to its full potential though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently moving interactions along the pipeline and understanding how to handle different buyers based on their motivation (pain, gain, fear). We are about to create three more accounts and create a dossier on one of those accounts to get more familiar with researching our buyers.
