Used Pipeliner for a class project
What do you like best about the product?
Interactivity of the platform is much better compared to other platforms and I came across

I disliked the new opportunity option that seemed to not work at times

The benefits that I personally realized is the ability to navigate the dashboard. Very interactive and easy to follow

What do you like best about the product?
I thought the process was very smooth when closing out a deal with a client. It was very easy to navigate through the CRM and gave me tips when I needed it. Arranging the dates to the correct cliental helped made things very organized for me when having to schedule something for the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it very annoying how it constantly kept opening up new tabs when clicking on the buyer description. I thought it was just an extra step that didnt needed to be added when researching your buyer's description
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving to see what kind of buyer we are dealing with and how we are going to pitch our sales plan towards that person. Seeing what buyer strategy we will have to pitch towards them based on their description. This also helps see where the buyer is at with you when closing out a deal. It lets us know what we can do and when you should meet with your buyer to discuss where you two are at in the process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take time to get familiar with all the functions of the CRM before going in and starting deals with a client because it can get very confusing when you don't know all the functions to it.

What do you like best about the product?
Pipeliner application made complexity simple and no technical admin is required which eliminates the need for dedicated, expensive full-time admins. It has Sales Friendly Interface and the customer loves it since everything is visualized. It has a mobile application with built-in AI. It has instant, dynamic visualized reporting which enable to generate a report from almost anywhere in the system and in whatever detail as required in multiple formats. Automates and Integrates with everything so, we can get the most out of all our investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing whatsoever. I have no complaints at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are multiple types of reports available from standard to pivot to advanced and graphical dashboards. This feature has really helped me in my work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I will recommend Pipeliner CRM software product to who ever is ready to improve there sales process.
Straight forward CRM system that satisfies basic needs.

There is plenty of walk-throughs to explain how the system works.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout of the system seems a little outdated compared to other CRM's like HubSpot.

Keeping sales leads organized from beginning of transactions leading up to closing the sale.

What do you like best about the product?
Being new to using a CRM system I like how easy it was to understand Pipeliner. It was easier to use and easy to get familiar with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like dislike anything. The only thing I found confusing was moving an account through the steps. That is due to the fact I have never worked with a CRM System before
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For class we had to conduct sales presentations and win over business. Pipeliner allowed us to due that because it contained detailed information about our buyer.

Easy and Intuitive CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and helps stay organized

At times so info can be hard to find causing me to spend time looking for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving case problems with Pipeliner for my course and the benefits I am seeing is easy data tracking and organization.

Excellent CRM Software
What do you like best about the product?
It is interactive. The user interface is attractive.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I believe that there is always room for improvement, nothing struck out to me that needs to changed for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am selling printers to Businesses by taking on the opportunities that I have. The ability to forecast your progress really puts me ahead of the game.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it and get in the game. It really lets you explore the opportunities that are out there. It's not a dull interface. I believe that practice makes things a lot better. Keep using it and keep on learning. This is a great software to handle opportunities. Pipeliner showcases money that could be earned.

I liked how it made it feel like we were holding real accounts

Its is somewhat difficult to navigate. I didn't like how the opportunities tab and the others were at the bottom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeliner held most of the details of my accounts. For instance, it had my buyers motivation to buy. That gave me an upper hand because I knew what I was walking into.

Pipeliner is a great tool if you are looking to get your feet wet with CRM. If you are a beginner, I highly recommend.
Great Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the user experience and it seems to be very simple to navigate through the different features it has to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I do not have any concerns with the site since it is really an easy site to navigate and enter information into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to understand how to better sell to our clients based on the type of buyer they appear to be. We are learning how to sell and manage relationships on a CRM platform.

Give it a shot and you will really get a better idea of how helpful this program really is.
A Visual Representation of Sales
What do you like best about the product?
It's hard to visualize with one project, but when you have multiple projects on your timeline, you can quickly understand why this software is important. Having access to all the important information for that sale in one visual board can bring anyone up to speed on any given project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the interface, the bottom dashboard is forgotten easily (by my entire class, might I add) and it appears difficult to find information when it is just hidden in plain sight. A minor error, but makes the overall user experience less friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Utilizing Pipeliner helps visualize multiple projects at once. Having all of their information on one dashboard truly saves the time and effort of going through different sign-ins just to access data. I also find it handy that other people can also share this information, which leads to better up-to-date reporting and communication.
