What do you like best about the product?
I do appreciate how it keeps the database of contacts and clients
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more visual, it still seems slightly bland
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can't say it has simply because I'm using it as a student

Effective CRM tool

What do you like best about the product?
Straightforward CRM navigation. The Opportunity tab shows a clear sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales process is clear to understand as well as the other tabs, however if someone isn't familiar with a CRM tool, there isn't a tutorial or guide to assist. I did learn that Pipeliner is pushing for content to serve as educational aid for the CRM so that should be useful in the long term.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Developing relationships with buyers and organizing their needs in the CRM tool. In our Sales Technology course, we are a fictional technology reseller of computer products and services. As students, our role is to be a sales account manager selling various products and warranties. We have a sales quota of $1.5 million and Pipeliner allows us to see our sale process with our various buyers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is visual and easy to use. I appreciate how straightforward the CRM tools are to navigate and use to project sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not gotten a chance to use all the features yet. There seems to be a lot which is a bit intimidating and confusing but it seems easy to learn and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am learning how to organize and manage customer relationships which I did not know how to do before. It offers insight into how accounts are managed and what informed is important in regards to sales and meeting sales goals.

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to learn and pretty seamless. I was able to self navigate without having to learn it. I did like that the drop down menus worked very easily and gave me the options instead of me having to remember everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was unsure of the profit margin as it did not update right away, but then I eventually figured it out. It was not as clear right away how to close the sale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking my buyer info and what motivates them so I can develop my approach strategy.

The ease at which the features are used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. I am still trying it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer relationship and sales rep monitoring. It has made me know the pain point of my customers and how best I can use my team to strategically win sales.

Pipeliner CRM will make your sales process easier, faster and organised. If you have used any other CRM before, I bet you will find Pipeliner better in terms of visual display, dynamic in use, operation and auto integration of processes. You need not fear anything. Just sign up and start using. whether you are a tech pro or not, with less than 5 hours, you can learn to use Pipeliner for your sales optimization. You will love the experience.

What do you like best about the product?
This is the best CRM that can be easily customize by sales people for proper optimization of sales process

Pipeliner CRM is not available in our local language

This has empower our sales people most especially our field sales people for proper optimization of sales process

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is easy to use and understand, its quite visual and the onscreen navigation is made easy! The CRM has good reporting and insights that allows for improvement in sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good. I like each and every feature, but additionally Pipeliner CRM should enable users to send emails directly from the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I m able to adequately manage my customers, following up on my sales has been made easy, and I am able to close more business than before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Usage. It is highly visual, easy to navigate and use.

What do you like best about the product?
Usability and navigation is easy due to its sales-friendly interface and simple non tech administration characteristics. it also has excellent visualization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I failed to integrate it with my yahoo email account. I managed to do so with my gmail email account with ease though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With instant dynamic visualization, i am managing to generate reports such as pivot, advanced business reports, intelligence report, forecast reports, and performance dashboard reports with ease for my clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pipeliner has a sales-friendly interface, simple non-tech admin and instant dynamic visualization, among many other awesome features. These features give it easy usability and navigation, and excellent visibility. I recommend that you use it and see how it will exceed your expectations.
