What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the thorough ease of navigating Pipeliner. It is easy to follow where things are located, the process and steps to a deal, and how to find those deals in reports and other pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
One subject that I dislike is not being able to see what I have done in Pipeliner CRM in my activity feed. I don't know if it is the only activity that I input that I have done or if it is to hold the data that I also take on the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I'm solving with Pipeliner CRM is the information and time-sensitive topics. It helps understand how consistently I should stay in touch and keep the conversation relative and continuously moving forward.

What do you like best about the product?
It was helpful to see where I was with my sales and to know where I was progressing. I also enjoyed how all my information for my clients was in one place so I could see what I'm selling them and how to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how you have to manually update where you are in the sale. If it could track your emails and where you are in the sales, then it would be more benefical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has impacted my work because it shows how much money you are making along with how you can progress. It shows you where your end goal is and what you have to sell with packages to your customer to get where you are suppose to be.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have videos or more gudiance when using Pipeliner for the first time.

What do you like best about the product?
The contacts page is very useful; you can take notes from the conversation and keep a record of what the client likes or dislikes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting files cannot be simplified (some elements are unnecessary and it's difficult to customize the downloaded exported file)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking client's orders/ taking notes of the client to remember their needs

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the streamline features of Pipeliner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough YouTube videos to assist in creating a sale (for beginners).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates a solution to streamlining the sales process. Realized that I can see the process laid out in front of me and allows me to see which step I am in.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity aspect of Pipeliner CRM. After spending just over an hour I started to more easily pick up on its features. I also enjoy the real world connection and how applicable Pipeliner is to the real world. The navigation in pipeliner is another piece I like. It is easy to see all accounts in pipeliner or check progress within opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was a bit overwhelmed when I first was introduced to Pipeliner, but that feeling quickly went away after I started navigating more on my own. I still feel like I am not fully utilizing Pipeliner to its full potential though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently moving interactions along the pipeline and understanding how to handle different buyers based on their motivation (pain, gain, fear). We are about to create three more accounts and create a dossier on one of those accounts to get more familiar with researching our buyers.


Some benefits I have learned through this process is first, the importance of understanding who one's buyer is and what underlying factors motivate them to act. It is also essential to organize your accounts with the corresponding buyers, otherwise things can get messy and disorganized relatively quick. Pipeliner is able to teach how to organize accounts and manage buyer descriptions to facilitate the overall end goal of making a deal.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to get more familiar with real world selling and CRM systems, pipeliner is an essential tool to use.

I like everything about Pipeliner CRM, especially the ability to visualized what you are doing and easy navigation.

To be sincere, i did not dislike anything about the CRM

Effective CRM tool

What do you like best about the product?
Straightforward CRM navigation. The Opportunity tab shows a clear sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales process is clear to understand as well as the other tabs, however if someone isn't familiar with a CRM tool, there isn't a tutorial or guide to assist. I did learn that Pipeliner is pushing for content to serve as educational aid for the CRM so that should be useful in the long term.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Developing relationships with buyers and organizing their needs in the CRM tool. In our Sales Technology course, we are a fictional technology reseller of computer products and services. As students, our role is to be a sales account manager selling various products and warranties. We have a sales quota of $1.5 million and Pipeliner allows us to see our sale process with our various buyers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is visual and easy to use. I appreciate how straightforward the CRM tools are to navigate and use to project sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not gotten a chance to use all the features yet. There seems to be a lot which is a bit intimidating and confusing but it seems easy to learn and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am learning how to organize and manage customer relationships which I did not know how to do before. It offers insight into how accounts are managed and what informed is important in regards to sales and meeting sales goals.

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to learn and pretty seamless. I was able to self navigate without having to learn it. I did like that the drop down menus worked very easily and gave me the options instead of me having to remember everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was unsure of the profit margin as it did not update right away, but then I eventually figured it out. It was not as clear right away how to close the sale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking my buyer info and what motivates them so I can develop my approach strategy.
