What do you like best about the product?
After using many CRM programs over my career, I finally found a CRM program that is easy to use, requires less administrative effort and has an amazing visual interface that allows me to see and manage my customer opportunities at a glance. Pipeliner CRM allows me to customize what I see and adapts to my style of working. The mobile app gives me offline access to make changes and updates on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about this program. The initial set up can take a little time, but once you have your profile set up, the program becomes simple to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeliner becomes habit forming. It has become second nature to me and it allows me to keep track of all opportunities and make changes in minutes. My administrative time has dropped significantly.

Pipeliner CRM is a software that has an excellent design that focuses entirely on the growth of sales companies, with Pipeliner we can manage sales processes and analysis in the most innovative existing way, one of the features that I must say that I loved this platform when I started using it in our organization is that it allows us to follow the sales processes and know our customers continuously, which I think is a very favorable factor that Pipeliner offers us, as it allows us to be closer to our customers to make continuous improvements in our services. One of the advantages that Pipeliner offers and that I really consider a great comfort for its users is its mobile application, as it allows us to be connected to this platform at all times and from different locations we can be up to date with everything that happens in Pipeliner. With all the years of experience I have been working with Pipeliner I can say with complete confidence that their system is very complete and allows us to perform various functions with great performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general I think Pipeliner gives its users a great system, in all the time I have been working with this platform it has never had any malfunctions and we have always been able to carry out our tasks very efficiently, I really have no complaints to make about this great software. Personally if I could add an improvement this software would be a function that allows us to receive direct notifications on the progress of our organization, to know if we are doing an efficient job or if improvements are needed.

Since we started working with Pipeliner CRM it has been a great tool for us to manage sales and has given us a completely winning formula to improve sales processes, perform analysis and most importantly increase our organization's revenue. Really in the last years that we have been working with Pipeliner we have experienced very satisfactory improvements for all our team, in conclusion Piperliner is a platform that allows us to work very comfortable and meet various objectives in the most efficient existing way.

The most exciting thing about pipiliner CRm is the sleek UI design , the free flow of process. You virtually has nothing hidden from you. Whenever you want to take any action, it is just in your face. I love PipelinerCRM.
