What do you like best about the product?
The most exciting thing about pipiliner CRm is the sleek UI design , the free flow of process. You virtually has nothing hidden from you. Whenever you want to take any action, it is just in your face. I love PipelinerCRM.
The font in the design, the carefully -planned UI and the content organization wows me a lot.

I cannot think what I dislike about this Software

It has helped me serve my clients better by managing their own client via follow up. It has also helped me raise leads

I only dislike the Time difference because some times the waiting hours is a bit long but it is not a serious issue because of our different time zones.

It's modern and user-friendly. I love the way they have played around with the pipeline experience to give the system a true objective appeal. It's a sales support system and sales functions have been integrated into the system in an actual pipeline.

Pipeliner is fully customizable to suit the users' needs, with great visualizations that interact with the user, Pipeliner CRM is easily understandable & adaptable. The interactive nature of the system makes it easy for self-learning hence reducing training & administrative costs. The CRM system is fairly priced thus reducing operational costs & in turn increasing productivity.
In addition, Pipeliner CRM is flexible & integrable with most systems/ browsers. Amazingly you can use Pipeliner CRM offline & continue your work without having to worry about your data or areas that don't have internet connectivity. One of the advantages I love about pipeliner is that it offers its users their own mobile application, as I personally consider it a great convenience to access this software from smartphones from anywhere. The operation of Pipeliner CRM is very complete, in general I consider that one of the functions that currently lacks pipeliner is the ability to automatically send scheduled reports to specific email addresses in general I consider that could be one of the next improvements that should be taken into account in the coming years, also I personally recommend that it is necessary to work with an internet that surfs at a very good speed, because if the internet surfs at a very slow speed can the operation of Pipeliner becomes very unstable and can become a big problem for its users when working with this platform can become a problem for its users when working with this platform.

I use Pipeliner as our organization's main platform to boost sales through marketing, in general I have been working with pipeliner for more than two years and I can say that we started to notice very favorable results in a very short period of time, in general we consider it our main platform to boost the marketing of the company, in all the time I have been using this platform has been of great functionality and comfort both for me and for the organization where I work today.

Pipeliner CRM web clipper helps to create contacts more quickly and it is very easy to use. The mobile version also helps in ongoing business in anywhere at anytime.
