Pipeliner CRM: a modern tool for sales
What do you like best about the product?
Pipeliner CRM is a comprehensive and exceptional platform for customers where they can interact with us not only here but on our website, where we take customers to the next level of business experience. It enables technologies to support customer needs. Additionally, it is easy to access via mobile CRM. It is a sales-friendly interface with ticketing and marketing functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is absolutely nothing that seems unpleasant in this program, I like it a lot and it has caused good reactions from all the employees who use the software. Sometimes it becomes a bit complicated to use, but it's nothing extraordinary for people using these types of applications for the first time. Just see a small introduction to the operation and it will be enough to start working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This was a pure sales-focused CRM solution for Collaboro. Our intent was to have clarity on a long and complex corporate sales process - with many stakeholders and engagement points. The ability to visually map the buying group, to score, weigh, and report on opportunities are our main advantages.

The software seeks to fill a great gap in the link between organizations and their clients and how best both sides can benefit in the two way traffic of the information flow. The challenge is in the change system and its widespread adoption, the industry is inits infancy and adoption still is at the lowest

Pipeliner is user friendly CRM. it identify leads easily and follow through. Pipeliner has better account management, opportunity and pipeline management. Pipeliner has good customer relationship.

Using tools not used in previous CRM software, the truth is: Pipeliner is the most complete tool available in the market!.

I think the only thing it costs is to learn to use some features of the web, I would have liked to have provided some initial instructive or video tutorials so that you can learn how to use this more easily.

Increase the flow of personnel who are interested in our services, as we have increased our productivity by a high percentage thanks to the use of PipelinerCRM!.

If you`ve never used a CRM platform before and don`t have a lot of knowledge about how to handle them, this may not be the best option to start with, although it`s always good to try different things!.

pipeliner has a better CRM which provide an exceptional engagement between the user and the software and most importantly , between the user and the customer. In addition to this, pipeliner unique features enables a sales-friendly interface which visualized everything and makes it easy for sales people to quickly learn on how to move around and use the system. the system also enable sales people to quickly customize their views and as result, ensure flexibility in its system. Aside this, it is simple and operates a non-tech admin system which makes it easy users to familiarize and quickly use the admin module. With pipeliner, user can generate reports from anywhere in the system. it also allow users to access both leading and lagging indicators of success. that is , users can learn from their past performance, make review on performance and then update processes, skills and tactics to improve sales performance. In all these, pipeliner system is build to be automated and this makes it easy for user to integrate systems together and also access , import or migrate data easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile application is not compactable with all phones. Living out a vast majority of sales people who are interested to use the system for their sales activity , but simply can't because their mobile phones cannot support the application.

I thought the visual aspect of the platform was very appealing. Easy navigation in the system and clear to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Little feedback on failures and identifiying win/loss ratios. Maybe its there but from the experience needed for the course was not utilized.

Identify sales leads and opportunities. Being able to track progression of the opportunity in different stages and having to meet deliverables before moving to the next stage.

Great tool to specifically measure and track sales leads and opportunities. I would highly recommend this tool for any organization considering implementing a CRM tool. Progress performance for management and sales personnel to adopt and react for improving close deals.
