What do you like best about the product?
Using tools not used in previous CRM software, the truth is: Pipeliner is the most complete tool available in the market!.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing it costs is to learn to use some features of the web, I would have liked to have provided some initial instructive or video tutorials so that you can learn how to use this more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increase the flow of personnel who are interested in our services, as we have increased our productivity by a high percentage thanks to the use of PipelinerCRM!.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you`ve never used a CRM platform before and don`t have a lot of knowledge about how to handle them, this may not be the best option to start with, although it`s always good to try different things!.

What do you like best about the product?
pipeliner has a better CRM which provide an exceptional engagement between the user and the software and most importantly , between the user and the customer. In addition to this, pipeliner unique features enables a sales-friendly interface which visualized everything and makes it easy for sales people to quickly learn on how to move around and use the system. the system also enable sales people to quickly customize their views and as result, ensure flexibility in its system. Aside this, it is simple and operates a non-tech admin system which makes it easy users to familiarize and quickly use the admin module. With pipeliner, user can generate reports from anywhere in the system. it also allow users to access both leading and lagging indicators of success. that is , users can learn from their past performance, make review on performance and then update processes, skills and tactics to improve sales performance. In all these, pipeliner system is build to be automated and this makes it easy for user to integrate systems together and also access , import or migrate data easily.


What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile application is not compactable with all phones. Living out a vast majority of sales people who are interested to use the system for their sales activity , but simply can't because their mobile phones cannot support the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
with pipeliner i realize i reach out to prospect and deliver information easily. therefore, I have been able to solve the problem of communication Using pipeliner CRM system.

What do you like best about the product?
I thought the visual aspect of the platform was very appealing. Easy navigation in the system and clear to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Little feedback on failures and identifiying win/loss ratios. Maybe its there but from the experience needed for the course was not utilized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identify sales leads and opportunities. Being able to track progression of the opportunity in different stages and having to meet deliverables before moving to the next stage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool to specifically measure and track sales leads and opportunities. I would highly recommend this tool for any organization considering implementing a CRM tool. Progress performance for management and sales personnel to adopt and react for improving close deals.

Ease of use. Most sections are self-explanatory.

There was no mobile access with my subscription.

I used Pipeliner in my MBA course to track sales related to a case study.

Pipeliner has all the features to accommodate any organization. It's easy to use for users with any tech background.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Great interface. Easy to move leads from one stage to the other.

A little tricky to remove leads. Other than that no complaints.

It is helpful in keeping track of all your leads and seeing where you are with each one.

What do you like best about the product?
Pipeliner is very intuitive. Being a first-time user, it was easy for me to pick it up quickly. The design is very clean and easy to follow, and the menu options make a lot of sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deleting is very complicated if you don't have access. I understand why, but if you are controlling your processes you should be able to delete a bit easier without having to go through a lot of people to gain access. Also, if you accidentally hit "won archive" when you wanted to hit "won", it was hard to figure out how to reverse that action - some of the processes are complicated to reverse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helpful to keep business more organized and document my actions in a methodical way, so I can ensure I'm following the right steps to sales success. If I have a failure, I can go back to my steps and document what to change or enhance.

What do you like best about the product?
I best like the automation of everything in this CRM,Visual also impresses and makes it easier to use.speaking of reports giving,then would recommend as a YES.its a yes and it realy gives usable rmanagements to make decisions/.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system needs salesmen with computer knowledge to use.so for people with less education wont be able to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have not used the sysytem yet,but i believe this is the best CRM because of its automation,visualization,simplicity to use and good technology.

Would like to recommend all my network to use pipeliner CRM because i believe its a solution to their businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
The Artificial Intelligence feature makes decision making so easy. The visual layout is quite easy to navigate.

For me I am yet to see any downside, he tool is easy to deploy and easy to use. Flexibility is also great
