What do you like best about the product?
IT is very useful to both sales rep and management staff

For now i have not been able to identify the downside of Pipeliner CRM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For now am not solving any problem with Pipeliner CRM. I have realized benefit, getting to know that CRM has an inbuilt AI

The unique features of Pipeliner is that it is a mobile App with built in Artificial Intelligence (AI). It's on the go!

What do you like best about the product?
Iam like to be the best and among the Pipeliner CRM because is the best CRM which help the people by give them train before starting selling the product

I am not have any thing I dislike but I much respect the CRM.

Pipeliner CRM makes the sales to be easy and quickly because it's only using the network soft ware to buying and sale the product.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it leverages artificial intelligence which it does in a supportive way rather than a replacement for human insight. There is also a very powerful reporting engine built-into the product which allows reports to be generated from any view or area within the system. There are multiple types of reports available from standard to pivot to advanced and graphical dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good. I am yet to see anything that will make me dislike this beautiful software. It's beautiful software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of managing the efficiency of each sales representative.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I will recommend Pipeliner CRM to any organization because it is easy to navigate and Its visual and intuitive interface means a lot of time savings on data entry. you can also access your data very fast and easier than with the traditional CRM. More importantly, Its a sales friendly interference with high functions of ticketing and marketing functions.

What do you like best about the product?
the seamless integration of artificial intelligence in the management of prospective customers and how to improve their company leads both sales and marketing also the CRM proficiency by keeping up with the company data and how to leverage on open business opportunities

i am more optimistic about the program as there isn't a downside i have encountered about the product yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i have been able to synchronize my E-mail and a company of prospect although i am yet to encounter problems, i am quite confidence of the necessary solutions i am to offer. i have benefited of it's ease of use through navigation within the product and also how to keep data organized

the best of my knowledge so far, pipeliner CRM is definitely a great tool for business use.

It has an easy to use drag and drop interface and it is easy to learn. its offline capability

nothing negative concerning the CRM software has been encountered yet

it does not require a trained administrator to run it. It is very easy to interact with and management of leads is efficient.

Pipeliner kind of "holds your hand" through everything. The informative videos is especially my favourite.

I only started with pipeliner today, thusfar I have no objections.

Pipeliner assists with the sales process, ensuring I / the sales person does not skip a step in the sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
The following are the features i like best in Pipeliner CRM; reporting and analytics, sales force automation, customer support, marketing automation, mobile and social, Artificial Intelligence feature is a master drive in modern sales.In summary, social collaborating features and social network integration, contact and account management, task and activity management, opportunity and pipeline management, case management, call center features, support analytics

I have not notice downside in Pipeliner CRM. This is the best CRM i can recommend for use. It makes sales easier. You can sale at the comfort of your house. It is a two-way street for communication. is a basic for every software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ii have solve sales forecasting issues using Pipeliner CRM Artificial Intelligence. I have benefited a lot using Pipeliner CRM in sales education and developing talent. With Pipeliner CRM, you can make sale at the comfort of your home. Etc

You can easily build a sales methodology like SPIN Selling, Challenger, Sandler Selling etc. into Pipeliner CRM

Sales management activities for passenger Airline operations. The ability to classify customer accounts and the use of the Organization chart and buying center to improve customer account management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In fact, even from the demo version and the ebooks and materials that i have read so far, i think Pipeliner CRM has a very great potential of boosting and managing sales activities of companies. I am even planning to recommend it for my Company use for our air ticket, and luggage and baggage sales

What do you like best about the product?
Pipeliner is visually impressive and allows companies to do business the way they think about doing business. Additionally, you don't need a special certification to be proficient in customizing the system and developing it's architecture. Making changes is easy and allows administrators time to do other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting functions are a bit clunky but improving with each iteration. They have a Hybrid version and a cloud version. The Cloud version you can't use offline and the Hybrid version is limited by technology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Three years ago, our firm was using another CRM platform and users were not putting data into the system due to a rough UI experience. Since implementing Pipeliner, we've seen our Pipeline grow 700% due to being able to implement our capture methodology through the system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is fantastic for users and admins alike. My biggest concern is the ability to scale. I have a team of 18 users and it works well. If we were over 50 users, I'm not sure it would be the same story. The Pipeliner team is helpful and works with you and they continue to develop their software. My hope is that when we reach 50 users, the system will have grown to a point that scale is not a concern.
