Making an Organisation profitable by using Pipeliner CRM to boost and manage sales activities

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales management activities for passenger Airline operations. The ability to classify customer accounts and the use of the Organization chart and buying center to improve customer account management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In fact, even from the demo version and the ebooks and materials that i have read so far, i think Pipeliner CRM has a very great potential of boosting and managing sales activities of companies. I am even planning to recommend it for my Company use for our air ticket, and luggage and baggage sales
Great visually, fantastic improvements, scalability questions
What do you like best about the product?
Pipeliner is visually impressive and allows companies to do business the way they think about doing business. Additionally, you don't need a special certification to be proficient in customizing the system and developing it's architecture. Making changes is easy and allows administrators time to do other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting functions are a bit clunky but improving with each iteration. They have a Hybrid version and a cloud version. The Cloud version you can't use offline and the Hybrid version is limited by technology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Three years ago, our firm was using another CRM platform and users were not putting data into the system due to a rough UI experience. Since implementing Pipeliner, we've seen our Pipeline grow 700% due to being able to implement our capture methodology through the system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is fantastic for users and admins alike. My biggest concern is the ability to scale. I have a team of 18 users and it works well. If we were over 50 users, I'm not sure it would be the same story. The Pipeliner team is helpful and works with you and they continue to develop their software. My hope is that when we reach 50 users, the system will have grown to a point that scale is not a concern.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales and pipeline management in Pipeliner CRM is extremely efficient. Ease of navigation in Pipeliner CRM has certainly made it world class CRM product in the market. Pipeliner CRM has an extreme powerful reporting engine built-into the product which allows reports to be generated from different view. I absolutely like the Pipeliner Navigator dashboard which instantly allows business owners to review where their business stands.
What do you dislike about the product?
No doubt this is the best CRM tool in the market, but having also tested the mobile version of Pipeliner CRM, I would like the great visual features in the desktop version to be made available on the mobile version and I know Pipeliner will surely bring the visual features to the mobile app soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that Pipeliner has come into the game to better service customers. With Pipeliner comes better sales, pipeline and opportunity management. Pipeline CRM is absolutely top of the game, built to help salespeople manage their sales, pipeline and opportunities efficiently.

Pipeliner CRM is top of the game. It is a complete solution for business owners who need better sales, pipeline and opportunity management.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales empowerment tool with features that can instantly, dynamically and visually review pipeline sales, and sale leads. Always available to desktop, mobile, online and offline.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a beginner with Pipeline CRM, I have not observed anything I disliked about the Sale Management Software so far. I believe from what I have learnt so far, Pipeline CRM is limited to sales. It should be extended to cover different field within business operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have use it to keep track of potential individuals who are likely to come to my ICT Training Center for training. I always operate information of these individuals real-time.

They should be in hurry to adopt the system in their daily sales activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Pipeliner CRM is the best of CRM it help us to manage our sales and sale people work with email and outlook, it help us to track the manager sales, it is a visuable CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not using it for long but I think the navigation tools don’t have a description note to highlight what’s expected in that page without having to be trained or technically supported.

What do you like best about the product?
The inbuilt specification, which does not require any knowledge of coding or programming before user can use or access the CRM. the navigation is another feature which enable user to be able to navigate between component of the CRM such as lead and account. The CRM is user-friendly and the interface are easy to understand.

the private feature in the power panel, I believe all the model should be make publicly

I will love to see businesses, individual and public and private sector use the pipeliner CRM as it is the best of it kind and has feature that differentiate it from other CRM. hence recommend CRM to all businesses

What do you like best about the product?
Nice visualization, which makes it easy to learn and fun to use. Very usefull feature is web clipper, which I haven't seen in other CRM tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have discovered only one downside - Pipeliner is available only in 4 languages (english, deutsch, spanish and portugese), I would expect also french & chinese.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main benefit is that I have everything at one place - contacts, documents, etc.

it's been an interestingly new experience for me, i feel more advanced and knwoledgeable than i was.

It's simplicity in the manner of presentation and how pipeliner CRM makes information readily available for a successful sales process, management and guidance. tracking progress.

For now i don't have any negative downside about pipeliner CRM, maybe as we go further i will discover something i do not like.

Pipeliner CRM system is very visual and easy to navigate through from one component of the system to another .Its is also easy to navigate within the component.The visual reports such as Bubble graph also make it easy to see at a glance how the team is doing.The combination of lagging and leading KPIs make it possible not to only see what has gone wrong from passed performance but also plan and simulate the future with leading KPIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Pipeliner CRM system is generally good but they could improve on making it a little easier t to add notes when creating leads to include additional information that would be required to ensure a speedy close of the deals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeliner CRM system has made it easier for us to collect leads, qualify them and share views on how to close them with everyone within the organisation for better collaboration.Using the Pipeliner CRM system has the buying center feature which makes it easy to visually see everyone with influence on the buying decision.The war room is another feature which makes it easy view all activities done on a particular deal and compare activities done in similar circumstances.The Archive feature is another which helps in planning for success as it shows all passed deals including the reasons for loosing or winning deals.
