Very sleek
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely logical layout and functions, a well-developed, sleek product by people who have tested it thoroughly rather than being designed by committee and frustrating the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
The API documentation is duplicated in multiple locations on the internet which is confusing, and the introductory tutorials could do with quite some fleshing-out around initial connection and authentication, however once you become au fait with their implementation it works well and is very rapid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has vastly improved the professional onboarding of new clients, enhancing collaboration between departments and helping to identify trends and highlight informative data in our client acquisition strategy
Great features and very customisable
What do you like best about the product?
We have used Pipeliner CRM for just over a year now and we are very happy with our decision.
It was easy to customise so that the interface matched our sales process, which has been great for our users as we needed a system that was intuitive and quick to use.
It is also very customisable for reporting, with some nice visual reports on our performance metrics.
The support and training as we set up Pipeliner and thereafter has been great. There are lots of possibilities with integrations and automations which are helping us to be more efficient, and ultimately improve our sales performance.

Nothing really not for us to like at this point.

Pipeline CRM is helping our business development team to be more efficient, to improve our follow-up on new opportunities and to stay organised.
User friendly and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it's very user friendly and easy to navigate within the platform. Customer service is quick and responsive always but I've hardly had to use customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike about Pipeliner CRM, it's been working great for me and my colleagues. I don't have any issues with the product or the customer service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me to stay organized with all my Accounts and Contacts. I like how easy I can download contacts and upload them into Constant Contact for my monthly newsletter.
Features and Customization
What do you like best about the product?
It is a sales platform that offers easy setup, seamless integrations, and intuitive tools. With Pipeline CRM, you have everything you need to accelerate sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
With Pipeline CRM, nothing is less useful. Everything is just right and perfect so far because I close deals much faster and communicate better with my partners, clients, and colleagues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My sales process is so streamlined that our various departments have increased sales productivity by 30% with the same number of people and resources.
It´s very helpful in keeping the overview
What do you like best about the product?
Account/Customer Management. Being able to keep an overview over all my customers/all the customers Our Company has.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating activities in the accounts, it would be nice to see the dates of the activities in the overview rather then the time they were created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the overview
Easy to use, plenty of support, essential to our business
What do you like best about the product?
Account and contract management. Great way to schedule activities and followups. Customizable forms, and fields have been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting flexibility has been hard to implement. Forecasting and quotas don't graphically update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is tracking our sales funnel and providing visibility and accountability to our team.
A Great application!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that it provides a friendly interface to manage all of our clients and potential opportunities! We typically use this software with our own internal intranet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that there were more "smarts" behind the scenes of the Pipeliner tool to enable better tracking of high and low priority projects without requiring direct changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM is allowing us to track projects and clients more efficiently from a single, centralized, location within our organization. Since implementing pipeliner, projects and opportunities have been more organized than ever.
Flexible, Intuitive, and Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
the flexibility that Pipeliner provides is great. It is intuitive to use and easy to learn. We are using the full suite of tools for the most part and looking into more
What do you dislike about the product?
The products and categories is slightly less flexible; however, Pipeliner support has worked with us to find workarounds and are actively working on making this more flexible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have greatly improved our forecasting and bookings reporting with the tool. We are also starting to automate workflows to reduce the "busy work" that takes time away from productive efforts
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly flexible and easy to use. Support from them makes it an easy thing to customize for given requirements.
Great platform and has lots of features!
What do you like best about the product?
Has many features that help group clients and contacts together to keep track of engagements and campaigns. Many additional modules to connect to external applications to make life easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain filtering functions do not allow enough advanced customization to select the information you would like to see, worked with Pipeliner support and these features may be added in future releases.

Reliably keeping track of engagements and campaigns.

Pipeliner has a very intuitive user interface
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting system isnt as intuitive as I would like. I would also like better sharepoint integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can better track where opportunities are within our sales pipeline. Our ability to summarize and filter our opportunity data has become better.
