IT IS A GOOD PRODUCT
What do you like best about the product?
it helps to get important information that enable to create a lead/ customers since you would be able to identify the need of the target customer and design your offering that will meet customer expectations.
it is simple to use and enable follow up of priority activities.
i also like Pipeliner CRM as it allows for important people in making decision to participate in the sale as their decision will enable to acquire the products per the company requirements

What do you dislike about the product?
what i dislike about the Pipeline CRM is that it is not easy to use without demonstration which i think the company will have to have resources to train users, it is not like other CRM or software that any individual can learn for himself/ herself. there is a need to include brief instructions for new users that would enable new user to get familiar with Pipeliner CRM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is reach in information, that you can obtain information that one was unaware like for a lead you want to create for example when you want to know about the organization structure like CEO and other important decision makers in the organization you can have that info through Pipeline CRM.

what i like best the mobile app which allows you to access your information at any place you find your self.i believe this application is quit unique

what i dislike is that the is no telephone support number in the mobile app, so i greatly think that the app needs an update

am solving the problem of motivation of my sales team. now with the software i can spend less and achieve greater sales

You will get the best technology to manage the sales and the sales team.Its a simple technology to use and can help on all stages of the sales process at lead generation,Prospecting and also for opportunity tracking with a very reasonable price.

I have not experience a down side of Pipeliner CRM so far.The software is amazing .I have not experience the drawbacks.

Its the best tool for sales managers to manage sales and sales representatives.Sales Managers will be assisted about the performance of their sales team. They get the Lead conversation ratio and Opportunity closing ratio .And Its rapid adaptability to buyers pattern is also one of the very important features of the Pipleiner CRm.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of Pipeliner CRM is its ability to display information in a very distinct manner. automatically harness the given data in such a manner that the output result is professionally reliable in terns of sales management. It lives the board of management with little or no stress as regards data handling, as it can handle huge amount of data in few seconds. It enables the manager to see from a spot, the activities of Sales Reps ans at the same time proffer solution to any lapses identified.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Pipeliner CRM is that, peradventure the internet connection fails, and one caries on working, the 'auto-synch failure' alert is very small and easily overlooked. if the computer is, eventually rebooted to solve the internet problem, all the works added after the synch failure will be lost. The distinctness of the colour code is not enough.

I am at the verge of receiving the impact of Pipeliner CRM, since I am still a learner under Pipeliner CRM

i liked the fact that it explains the specific details that are important for us salespeople to follow & also learning how to work through sales management. Plus, the desktop is easy to use when you want to check the performance of your sales.

the downsize is pipeliner is not an easy to do thing at first, it will take a matter of weeks to months from an individual who has no clue or information about pipeliner CRM itself.

the benefits that i have realized is that pipeliner CRM is one of a kind CRM that gives a lot of information in order to win deals or have more leads.

I would truly advise all sales people to actually join pipeliner CRM because it is absolutely exceptional. the pipeliner is the actual answer to many business that needs their sales to hit the sky. it is never too late to use Pipeliner CRM.
