It user friendly, Helps me to plan my day and i can track all my activity for the day,the month and forecast what to come.

I started to use the pipeliner few weeks ago. I have not found any flaws on the product .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking sales activity and the organizations well being.

it is easy to use and drives exceptional user engagement through its sales friendly interface. it also makes accessing data easily. also it is not only cloud based but has an offline access. the mobile app is one of the best,you would not want to miss using it. basically it makes all my management problem to be solved.

in pipeliner CRM there is actually nothing to dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i am solving bulky data by just having to input the needed data and get reminded when it is needed.

its the best and you would enjoy the ease of use and user friendly interface.

My Introduction to CRM
What do you like best about the product?
With Pipeliner I think it's the best way to let you know how the sales funnel or sales pipeline functions. This was my introduction into CRM platforms but this introduction has increased my confidence in handling not only sales but Business development activities as these fields are very related.
Being able to handle leads and opportunities based on their resourcefulness is a thumbs up for me. No more waste of time on leads or opportunities which won't lead to any good.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really say what I dislike about it as this is my first experience with CRM platforms as a whole. I'm just getting to know Pipelner.
But I think the trial period is too short. 15 days I think. I think a month would be better.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem would be high convention rates of leads into opportunities. I believe when sales agents or representatives are able to understand the sales funnel very well and are able to tract their leads as they proceed through this funnel their success rates would definitely increase.
Complex, Simple to use and seamlessly integrates with Gmail
What do you like best about the product?
Pipeliner is easy to use and navigate with the features at the bottom of the screen and helps you have good forecast of your sales and a faster Retain on Investment and i can confidently work in gmail knowing that your email correspondence will be automatically appended to my CRM contacts
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much pay say for now for i have not yet encountered any difficulties as yet as its different from traditional CRM,maybe the only concern is that it can only be used by small organisations.

Pipeliner CRM,has brought about customer focused methodologies and high productivity from the sales representatives and it has enabled all departments to collaborate and work as one.
It has drastically lowered costs and has reduced the risk of failure and also great with lead management and opportunity tracking and its social selling contact management is perfect and it helps me with the stages of the sale

Pipeliner CRM is productive and efficient, no business interruption and it seamlessly integrates with any other system without any costs and is easy to use and learn and do not need to introduce another department to handle,it also has instant intelligent visualization and is the only CRM that has context - sensitive help built right in the product ,uniform navigation across multiple screens.

Pipeliner CRM has mobile app with built-in AI, full KPI dashboard to stay informed, helps to know exactly where to focus with AI powered insights. The disadvantage here is that u need to be tech savvy to understand it

Automation and integration with everything; connects with all systems you use and easy import of data.

The admin cost is cheaper come to what others are offering and I will be subscribing soon

The Pipeliner CRM mobile app is a great app with easy navigation and well designed with great features that makes surfing as simple as possible.

Its a sales friendly interference with highly functions of ticketing and marketing functions.

The downsides can be consider as Pipeliner CRM should increase or arrange some individual trainings on initial basis to attract more customers in this way users would get attracted toward buying Pipeliner CRM after covering trial version. Further, it could be security and data protection issues with centralized data.

As we will start getting leads through CRM then it would be more understanding towards solutions, though Pipeliner CRM is great platform to increase prospects to customer leads, converting leads into potential customer, though, it is beneficial to increase your business.

The drag and drop feature makes pipeliner easy to use. further, the power panel feature is ideal for managers who wish to easily keep track of what the sales team is doing.

The feeds feature where one can stay informed on the customers feeds online is not bad but is equally not necessary.

tracking sales professionals and the progress of the opportunities they are involved in. It has become easier to find ways to coach sales on how to go about an opportunity.
