I have a good experience in medical equipment service and sells work and CRM
What do you like best about the product?
the helpful of using pipliner CRM, which makes our life very easier for sales work and to take a lead and forcust our future values. its upside most of the time unavailability of piplinear CRM software or database system. and more of this system is very important for each sector in the world. perhaps i recommend that every one will use this software in any business sectors as soon as possible. finally in Pipeliner CRM i like the most easy of use or user friendly approach. Pipeliner CRM is an application from Pipelinersales Inc. that helps organizations track leads, opportunities and deals. It also allows teams to perform account management tasks and view sales performance. The program presents a graphical overview of a company's pipeline to give sales and marketing professionals an up-to-date view of all current activities. The software includes modules for account management, contact management, lead management, opportunity management and activity management. Companies who want online access and regular updates can deploy the solution in the cloud. Those looking for offline access or advanced security can deploy the hybrid version of the product. and i like its like supportable like email, phone and training

the least i like from the pipliner CRM is when using it, its not stress full. i like it because when i was trying to use it i enjoy. its downside i do not have. Haven't found any

By using the Pipeliner CRM a lot of mistake will be solved, because when we follow each step of Pipeliner CRM it leads us the right dirction . becuase of this i realized that using Pipeliner CRM is very beneficiary for the company strategy and sales process.

The artificial intelligence is one of the best thing on pipeline crm, besides use of cybernetic make it unique, the simplicity navigation is evidence and it is easy to use

I dislike the font, not bold enough, it will be OK if its bolder

Pipeline has helped in generating good report, it has artificial intelligence that assisted in solving completed problems, the sales tracking now simple , it has helped in realising deficiency in the company

So far there is nothing I dislike, although it would be a good idea to give user's the option of changing the background colour to other colours of their choice, so they can customised it to fit their personality.

Traditional CRM projects were seen as data transference projects, with an eye to utilizing information. These projects were not viewed in the proper context of basic cultural and communication change and certainly not considered from the perspective of the value proposition for users of the system.
