What you love, you use. Our staff is fully onboard!
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is engaging. Easy drag and drop features to move Opportunities through the sales pipeline. Sleek visualization enabled our staff to buy-in quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, this web-based software will freeze or run extremely slow. When it stops functioning, we are unable to work. Pipeliner is essential to our daily processes and this creates high frustration among our staff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact Management and Sales Pipeline overview. Excellent results achieving these goals. We were hoping that Pipeliner would help us move towards a paperless system. This was a disappointment. We have used Pipeliner since 2017 and they put no money towards file management.

activities and calendar, Map view is also very helpful when scheduling meetings in a certain area

Contact Management. Easy to share contacts company wide. Excellent functionality linking contacts/accounts to opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contacts integrate with Outlook. Companies (Accounts) do not integrate with Outlook. Outlook supports company data but Pipeliner does not offer this functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved from every staff member managing their own contacts to sharing contacts through Pipeliner (syncing to Outlook). This resolved redundancy.

Simple visuals. Easily customized and managed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search results are not in alphabetical order. It is time-consuming and frustrating to scroll through 50-100 search results looking for the item.

Sharing contacts company wide. Following sales through the pipeline.

Choose software that is easily customized to your needs. Consider how vetted the software is that you are considering. Newer companies may have constant upgrades and changes.

It has been an excellent way for us to track our jobs and for everyone on our sales team to see the progression of jobs through the sales pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
Pipeliner CRM is straightforward to understand; no ingenuity skills are required to operate. The best part for me is its user-friendly interface and easy to integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not a dislike. It's just a request that the team concerned with user requests to make changes, to be worked upon that the changes for the recommendations be implemented fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has a large storage capacity that allows all its databases to be central, has email and calendar integration that works best with users, and has a stunning accuracy in the data provided.
Went from SalesForce to Pipeliner and Looking for Something Already

It loses our data, timely to navigate, poor service, forced to manipulate to extract data, no integrations with what we need

My sales right arm
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very simple, intuitive sales tool that helps me keep track of opportunities, prospects, and clients. Keeps things from falling between the cracks. We are a small company with only a few people doing business development so we didn't need something as complex as Salesforce or others. Pipeliner fits most of our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it only works with a few email clients. Since our company is not on either of the 2 email clients, we can't utilize all the email features. This has honestly caused major issues for us and it just doesn't make sense to me that it would be so limited in this regard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have a concise way to track opportunities so Pipeliner has become my right arm for business development. It has been extremely helpful to track sales and opportunities by our various agencies and get a snapshot view of our pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and you can also make any changes to your pipeline without having any problems. They also have a very attractive user interface very good graphics that will make you always prefer Pipeliner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support team should work towards listening to the customer needs and addressing them appropriately so that they can ensure a smooth experience for their customers through out their usage of the platform.

It has helped us manage all our projects and sales under one platform plus the it allows the intergration of emails and calendar so everything becomes easier controlled under one platform.
