Visual CRM experience
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of drag/drop and the visual appearance. Also the Outlook integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much but maybe switching sections for admin tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email & Calendar integrations which help our staff use the CRM daily.

What do you like best about the product?
Tool is simple and highly customizable. The support is quite responsive. CRM can manage many different pipelines that can be related / connected. If you need a simple Sales focused CRM this is the right one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to have a function to track invoicing and stock.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to monitor our sales process with full detail as the filtering options of PL are enormous.

Understanding our relationship mapping in our key accounts, pipeline management and ease of the sales people using the interfaces

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of configuration options and easy to interact interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that new addons are presenting, making you believe that those are enhancements, just to realize later there is a license cost associated with it. That was the case with projects and email sequencing. As I manage the independent users from our franchise system, this caused many disappointments with our clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have a centralized locations where all of our sales processes are fully integrated and easy to manage.

Great tool, easy to use, great support and an asset for day to day operations.
Pipeliner is the perfect choice for us.
What do you like best about the product?
Operation is child's play and easy to understand. All essential information can be easily edited and presented. Thanks to the intuitive filter function, we analyze large amounts of data quickly to draw the correct conclusions. Particularly important is the support from Liz Young. Without her help, we would not have been able to switch to operational mode so quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The graphics function could be more customizable. All the rest is fine.

Our sales and marketing planning and controlling are significantly simplified.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Pipeliner is the fact that I don't need to be an engineer to make changes to my instance of Pipeliner. I can create fields that make sense for my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything per se, but it would be nice if Pipeliner had a function to export an opportunity record into a PowerPoint presentation. Overall it's obvious Pipeliner listens to its user base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an all-in-one storage space for our Growth and Sales team. We can easily share records and documents with each other and management. As we grow our team and our pipeline, we are looking forward to the built-in analytics Pipeliner offers.
In My mind best CRM out there
What do you like best about the product?
Pipeliner CRM is a great tool for Sales or vendor relationship businesses where you need to understand where products and customers are in the process. You can create multiple pipelines for different needs or uses, and the best part is you can create dynamic reports. Also, in my planning session this year I was able to incorporate a new tool introduced this year called account health. Pipeliner allowed me to see who I need to focus on and who is sucking my time. More clearly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features make no sense to me, like automation, but that doesn't mean they aren't the greatest for others. In addition, I have different groups of clients so I would like targeted contact cards for each type of client and prospect, but instead I have to create 1 contact card for all, so there are some contacts that just have a lot of empty fields, but love the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline management, calendar management, team coordination, developing and tracking systems, communicating where things are in the process to stakeholders, and so much more.
I have worked with many CRM's and by far Pipeliner is the best in the industry in my opinion

Many different functions available and easy to use and learn

I didn't find any downsides using the CRM

To be able to have a clear picture of all the business in the pipeline and keep organized with uploading all related documents in the cloud
