Good but still missing some key components that are never addressed
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and work with. Nice graphics
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont' like the service. There seems to be no real commitment to address my needs and when I state them the reaction has been very condescending.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me to keep on top of opportunities and activites with far fewer opportunities falling through the cracks.
Competitively Priced CRM with some restrictions
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and general interface (power panels used in conjunction with view panel for navigation).
What do you dislike about the product?
We have always struggled to get the Outlook integration working without issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have increased the amount of sales data entered by the field team by a decent amount.
Pipeliner is user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Pipeliner is easy to use; the organization of contacts is simple, plus I like that you can put in our custom fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function doesn't include every feature. For instance, you can't search by quote number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeliner has given us great reporting options, filtering by many different criteria to create custom reports.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used several different CRM tools. Pipeliner is easy to use and easy to customize. I recommend it.

Some of the great features are only available as an add on price

Pipeliner has helped organize our sales team and allowed for much more accurate reporting and forcasting
Pipeliner CRM Improved my user experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like the visualized user interface and flexibility pipeliner has tremendously improved the way we input leads and do timely follow-up throughout the entire sales process. This does not only help prioritize most likely prospects but also get the best out of a sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really like for the mobile app synchronization to be improved because sometimes it can take longer to sync the data to the server.

We have been able to prioritize the different leads and accounts in the always know their progress in the pipeline and throughout the sales process

FRIENDLY INTERFACE AND EASY TO USE
What do you like best about the product?
The virtual interface is friendly and exciting with the drag n drop tool that makes it interactive

Slow loading time for data was observed in the usage of the product.

I needed to track and evaluate the field sales team's performance online/in real-time, and Pipeliner CRM helped me achieved that.

I highly recommend Pipeliner CRM for anyone looking for a CRM tool that gives value for money in all ramifications. You can't go wrong with this product.
Awesome CRM! Easy to configure, customize ,use , but very powerful " under the hood"
What do you like best about the product?
I tried other CRM like MS Dynamics etc, and you need a full-time IT staff to install and manage, which as a small business, we cannot afford. Pipeliner is packed with features up and running in a few hours instead of days. The user interface is very visual and easily customizable with various views along with the drag and drop feature within the Opportunity Pipeliner. The software is constantly being updated wtih new and powerful features which has really added immense value to our business. We have recenly integrated Pipeliner iwth our Accounting software and it has been great. Additionally their support staff are very quick to respond and resolve any issues that may arise. Overall Pipeliner is very easy to use but packs a whole lot of powerful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment i am very happy with the software so nothing to add here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a 360 view of the customer and allowing us to engage with our customers in a more powerful way. We now have greater insights as to our customers preferences , buying patterns, etc which have allowed us to be more strategic and provide a more individualized offering to each customer.
Useful Tracking Tool for Sales & Marketing Professionals
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have access to my sales team's opportunities and activities all in one place at the click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a lot of time to set it up, but once done; the program works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can have oversight of an account without bothering the reps for a detailed retelling of the same story.
