Great for simple tasks, not so great for complex tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create valuable, simple architecture views which look good
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be byzantine to understand the various in-depth capabailities and how they are distributed across Enterprise Studo versus Horizzon. Simple version control is a case in point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Close alignment and relationship management of and between architecture artefacts

Best enterprise architecture tool in the market
What do you like best about the product?
Best thing I like about the tool is it's modelling capabilities and to define the process hierarchy, it's so simple and easy. Archimates defined the upper high-level in the right way followed by BPMN process maps exactly matches our needs. Easy to install, easy to give KT and the best part, the web-version is so light in case if anyone doesn't want to install the desktop version. Also, heard that it integrates with lot of tools, will be exploring soon it's integration with ServiceNow. ecisted to see two-way integration as they promote. Also, they have a good customer support, they reply generally in a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not happy much with the way change request are handled in the tool. There should be mechanism, in case if any stakeholders have any issue with the process maps or the hierarchy, they can raise the dispute and based on it's seriousness, the hierarchy or process should not be visible to others till the issue is resolved.

Serving as a single repository for the organization

What do you like best about the product?
Modelling comes with Archimate standard & enable us to expand to other modelling framework such as BPMN & UML.
HoriZZon portal is quite powerful especially when showing architecture works to other stakeholder

Enterprise Studio is still based client-application, needs to be a web browser-based.
Lack of automated process, still need use of script to enhance repository content.

Used and fell in love with the tool !!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of Bizzdesign is that, the whole organization can be accustomed under a single umbrella.
No more explicit mapping for different entites, no more extensive renaming reviews, just a look at Bizzdesign before designing solves it all in the long run.
I used it for the first time, and it was soo good that I got my whole team of 50+ developers to use it, and most of us use it everyday.
It can be easily integrated into any of our systems, and used thereafter !
Really easy, convenient and a lifesaver for us.
No more explicit mapping for different entites, no more extensive renaming reviews, just a look at Bizzdesign before designing solves it all in the long run.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that can be improved is the loading time between different views, and if possible, can we have the different view load in the same page somehow ? so that we don't have to go back to see the previous one.

So what used to happen, each team had its own version of a product, and if it needed to be shared with another team, then we'd have a huge headache of mapping, renaming to bring all of them under the same umbrella.
Bizzdesign has helped us create product specifi designs that now enforce a single design/architecture for a product irrespective of the team.
So now no more headaches, only seamless integrations !!

End to End Product for the Architects
What do you like best about the product?
The thing that i like most about the tool is it provides end to end tools for creating architecture and design diagrams
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is a bit slow, it should be easy flowing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me create E2E Architecture and Design diagrams. Instead of using multiple online tools, I can use a single application for everything
A good tool yet complicated to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
Bizzdesign makes creating and visualizing architectures easy. One of the standout features for me is the scripting language. It’s a powerful tool that allows for automation and provides prescriptive guidance on how to use the product in your organization. This has been a big plus in my experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, finding designs is a bit of a hassle. It takes time sorting through them. In general while a good tool that integrates easily across the organization, personally I wouldn't say it's much better than Visio.

Enables to both find the application portfolio and create designs required for enterprise needs
I have been using BiZZdesign for the last 6 months and it has been an amazing experience.
What do you like best about the product?
It is highly customizable and easy to use. I have also used BiZZdesign for Business Architecture, Customer Journey Mapping, and Business Model Canvas. It took me very less time as this tool is very user-friendly and easy to implement. Customer support is also good and this is now my most frequently used process modelling tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think feature for version control can be added. In SAP Signavio, there are features for simulation and automating a few simple rule-based steps. These features can also be added to BiZZdesign Horizzon.

1. Process Modeling - helps me to design As-Is and To-Be process maps which helps in process improvement.

The interface is extremely user friendly and intuitive. The ease at which it is able to handle vast metadata is amazing!

The interface loading speed can be further streamlined.

Very powerful tool for Enterprise Architecture design
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless platform for creating a blueprint of enterprise architecture. BiZZdesign HoriZZon has some of the best capabilities when it comes to design of data, system and business architecture where all the industry standards (BPMN 2.0, ArchiMate, etc.) are followed.
Real time publishing of content from design to live environment is very smooth, the tool is quite customizable - allows creation of certain scripts that enables users and allows to visualize how a strategy can be translated to execution. It has some of the most of the most useful features to design capabilities, customer journeys, motivation models, integrations with other applications and can be real beneficial for organizations.

What do you dislike about the product?
I feel there is a steep learning curve for end users where the usage of tool is not straight forward. While there are few trainings available, these are not quite direct and cannot be used directly.
The tool does not offer features to review quality of models generated which poses a risk for creating bad models which in turn defeats the purpose of visualizing the organization.

1. Foundation for businesses on their process transformation journeys by visualizing the As-Is, identification of gaps and paving for To-Be design. BiZZdesign metamodel can be customized to include those components where business wants to spend most of their time and help generate insights

Ease of navigation and clear segreagation of different archimate and BPMN objects.

I would like to see the Version control feature to be able to track different versions/iterations and revert to an older version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to generate single source of truth and to be able to collaborate with different architectural (Data Architects, Solution Architect, Enterprise architect) and business teams (Process owners, SME, business architects etc.) is the best feature BiZZdesign provides and serves multiple purposes like knowledge management, process landscape maturity assessment, application portfolio management, capability based planning etc.
