I have had some mixed feelings about BizzDesign, leaning more towards the positive side though.
What do you like best about the product?
Helpful team that responds promptly and is eager to work closely with us to resolve issues and enhance our experience. It also caters for organisations to fully create their own views / navigation - we have used that to create a full Business Process Library that they whole company can use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The copy & paste functions are limited, so it takes very long to do simple simulations or versions of a process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding, documenting and tracking the business processes within the organisation.

What do you dislike about the product?
- "Buttons" in view for filtered view not responsive in Horizzon... I need to select an object and then choose a metric to filter the view by.
- Not clear and easy to use governance process and lack of quality control process (vanilla)
- Dashboard (Kibana) are very complex to implement

Documenting Business Architecture from Actual to Target Architecture, including Gap analysis and Initiatives Management (Roadmap)

not the most intuitive in terms of application - but user documentation is very good

What do you like best about the product?
Helpful team that responds promptly and is willing to work with us closely

Can be a bit slow and clunky at times and customer support is on the other side of the world so time difference can be an issue

We use it regularly for process analysis and they are working on making it easier for us to use comapred to just Architecture teams
BiZZdesign is a great enterprise acrhitecture tool and very easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it offers so many features like cross application integrations with Power BI, BMS, great customer support, also it is easy to use and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Enterprise Studio is slightly slow, it takes a while to open up.

Right from strategizing to integrating business capabilities with processes, bizzdesign offers many features.

Its Interface and easy to use. It can be used in a desktop and online version as well. Well protected by security

Bizzdesign is an integrated tool and one stop solution to get all the details.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting to different platforms is a task and it takes alot of time to open the environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many people can work on the same environment at the same time
Steep learning curve, but worth the effort
What do you like best about the product?
Industry-standard notations at your command whose metamodels can be stretched and bent to your liking plus a very powerful scripting engine. It's very nerdy and difficult to get into, but in turn, it offers a lot of possibilities
What do you dislike about the product?
While you can export your models in nice Word and PDF documents, you can't really build your own templates to standardise document types. You have to export the individual diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Bizzdesign I'm able to document the business and IT landscapes, which helps us understand our world and also to model target states without setting the whole house on fire. The models can be enriched with custom-defined data which can help you derive even more value from the techy diagrams.

Not as smooth as using MS visio- can be better

Process Modelling in Archimate and BPMN & Enterprise Architecture desinging in Bizzdesign
What do you like best about the product?
Easy interface for the front end users to explore the processes, enterprise architecture, LOMs etc in a easy way. Customer support is good and friendly. SSO makes it very easy for the entire users to login and make it convinent for all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all funtionalities available, in case if the user has some issues, it has to raise the concern as a change request.

Serving as a single source of truth, having more than 10,000+ processes and multiple views for different line of businesses
