What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and intuitive. It is comparable to some much more expensive software packages.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really hard to change subscriptions and buying additional volumes of MTUs is very expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking for an easy to use solution for two users that would allow my small agency to tackle translation projects. I was looking less for project management software and more for a lightwieght and easy to use CAT tool.
