Is good but it have opportunity as better

I think of principal upside of Field is the Knowhow about loyalty business

What do you like best about the product?
Fielo greatly contributes to our business in accomplishing our desired objectives, as it enables us to manage our incentives and loyalty program more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuring promotions/rules with different SKUs may be challenging due to repetitve process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fielo is helping us to boost sales, get to know our customers and drive loyalty & engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Fielo is very friendly to use. It is possible to configure all the loyalty program rules alone (with no IT involvement). It is algo very complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
The infrastructure price, specially storage, is very expensive.

Fielo is helping us to serve several clients with a Loyalty Program Mgmt service.

- Fielo offers the best fit for Salesforce eco-system since this loyalty engine is natively on Salesforce
- Configuration options are considered very simple
- Fielo team provides great services (they are mostly in different timezones to us but will make themselves available)

What do you dislike about the product?
- Fielo may be restricted to some of the more classic types of loyalty programmes and not as innovative as other newer loyalty products in the market.
- Certain setup requires Salesforce Admin to perform the configuration, and business users are not permitted to make the changes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fielo offers our company's retail brands a full scale loyalty program and currently it is serving its purpose. Our marketing team can also perform promotional activities and come up with a promotional calendar and things are working pretty well!
A great CRM platform
What do you like best about the product?
Fielo is a complete CRM with all the necessary elements to customize, segment, incentive and reward your customers. All-in-one software with great capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an administrator, you need some time to get familiar with the platform UX. Especially if you dont have experience in Salesforce previously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Points and reward generation. Segmentation and customization of discounts and promotions. Database management. Synchronized communication platform.

The portal offers us an uncomplicated experience in terms of reports generation.

I believe the size of some files, which leads to a long waiting time; sometimes we even have to refresh the web page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fielo allowed us to connect with the distributors’ dealers, resellers and service representatives. Consequently, it helped us strengthen and keep the company's relationship with its indirect resellers.
We are extremely pleased with the results and the support provided by the platform.

The ease of integration with our company's sales system, Salesforce, and the countless possibilities for customizing the product are noteworthy. The prices were fair and appealing.

So far, there is nothing to declare. The features and functionality of the tool have exceeded our needs exceptionally well. I don't see any possibilities for improvement in the tool.

Fileo provides loyalty automation solution to us and is a great company to be associated with.
Manages our Dealer Rebate program
What do you like best about the product?
We use FIELO to administer a dealer loyalty program. It sorts through an array of data and track inventory / sale numbers as they relate to the program. When the accounts and information are properly set up by the sales team, the process works very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process requires all the paperwork from the field sales reps to be correct and up to date. If that doesnt' happen, there are many manual corrections that need to be made by the administrator and the data analysts, leading to weeks worth of manual correlations. If the sales team doesn't input their records correctly, it makes administering the program time-consuming and laborious.

Rewarding businesses that sell our products with rebates / rewards.
