Fielo at International Tobacco Company as a B2B solution for all retailers

What do you like best about the product?
Fielo capabilities actively supported the Tobacco company to meet all main requirements thanks to the ease of setting up all e-learning and incentivization activities to then benefit from their Field force. The main boost is the close collaboration between the FIELO product team and the Client to discuss any possible enhancements to then be part of the FIELO development roadmap.
What do you dislike about the product?
A possible next improvement might be to manage the product in a more client-oriented way by providing a set of out-of-the-box (OOTB) configurations, such as different user profiles. This will surely help clients manage their profile access to FIELO easily and reduce the risk of regression issues during the installation of new FIELO releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fielo has consistently provided excellent support in resolving all the blocking issues we have encountered so far. As of today, the FIELO product is stable and there are no major critical issues. The main benefit is gaining confidence from the front-end users that FIELO is the right tool for managing their daily work activities in the field.

What do you like best about the product?
The support is outstanding. The team is available and very helpful. The application fit our need to a 't' and we have been using it for the last 2 years. Stable and reliability with great integration to our Salesforce environment
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of at this time. However we shall see as we are expanding our customer loyalty options, so we will see how Fielo accomodates that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building 'stickyness' with our higher education users. The program has proven successful with all universities who participated.

Easy Tracking and Reporting

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great platform to manage our loyalty program, including the two variations and multiple segments. The reports are such a valuable tool for tracking KPIs. And the Fielo people are responsive and communicative.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations on customizing customer-facing pages, such as being unable to put promotions and rewards in a specific order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fielo is helping us track and reward our loyal customers, leading to more customer engagement and retention. It allows me to easily pull together reports and KPIs to better manage our loyalty program.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is pretty intuitive. You can really drive action with the campaigns. Support team is good to work with, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application is very configurable so you can create many different kinds of campaigns. On the downside, if you don't use it exactly as designed, you might not have full visibility into everything. We use it differently, but can't track spend within the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to drive customers to take specific actions. Fielo gives us a platform to do just that.

What do you like best about the product?
Fielo allows our business to design incentive rules and rewards that help us meet our business goals. Being a Salesforce native solution, Fielo has given our reps visibility as well as the ability to influence their customer behaviours. Additionally, Fielo provides our customers access to their member status and activities and allows them to redeem their point credits at their leisure via our Experience Cloud portal. The ongoing quarterly review process driven by Fielo is also a useful tool to optimise our program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of local support team - Our business is located in Australia, and so we have experienced some challenges where support is required due to the time difference with Brazil.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fielo helps us to provide additional value to our customers by rewarding loyalty and engagement with our brands. Ultimately, Fielo provides the link between our various sales & education initiatives and is helping us to increase brand awareness, penetration, and order frequency.

Fielo Product Review - engagement with Google Cloud Business Platform (Partner)

What do you like best about the product?
Fielo has great customer support. The engaged team was very responsive and responsible.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Fielo could improve on the interface configuration. Our product intention is to hand the incentive configuration completely over to business. However, the current interface design would require a decent amount of user trainings. Another challenge is the testings part. Without decent amount of testing in lower environment, we are hesitated to hand over the production configurations to business.
2. Our system still requires a lot of salesforce customization to feed the data into fielo. Also the huge amount of fielo rules were causing optimization issue - we have to breakdown and simplify the rules as much as possible to avoid causing system failure. Fielo could improve on the product flexibility and scalability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our system utilizes Fielo as the rule configuration and calculation engine to calculate partner rebates, primarily relying on the capability that allows program enrollment (segments) and rule configuration based on any SFDC custom objects.

What do you like best about the product?
As IT perspective I like the flexibility to set rules. for example, any object can be used in the rule to give points
What do you dislike about the product?
performance or latency for example to assign segmentation to members in our case we are waiting until next day or trigger the process manually. however Fielo allows to have immediate assignation is not recommend because can impact the performance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In general, business is expecting to increase customer loyalty with some campaign using Fielo solution

What do you like best about the product?
The Fielo team have been brilliant since starting our journey with them. They truly care about understanding and delivering our requirements. We use Fielo to support our customer advocacy program both from a front-end and back-end perspective and it allows us to create different types of activity engagement for them. If you know Salesforce, then Fielo is very easy to use and is configurable to how you want it to be. There's loads more we can do with it! Also, I like that it's native to Salesforce as that's our source of truth. Big shout out to Sergio for all his support during and post-implementation. Latest version of the platform is great, love the UI and I look forward to further improvements!
Having Fielo allowed us to source 400+ online reviews, many case studies and lots more. It's very powerful to support everything advocacy related.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say building new incentives (for front & back end) can be time-consuming but perhaps that will speed up with more practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Supporting loyalty and advocacy management primarily. It's given us a program to incentivise our customers to take part in advocacy and reward them when doing so, while also creating an engaging front-end experience that is connected and accessible via our own product (through SSO) meaning no additional login and a seamless experience for our customers. It helps us engage and nurture our Champions and has incenvitvised them to write over 400 online reviews, create several new case studies, and more!
