Recorded Future Makes My Job Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I find their scoring systems for CVE's incredibly useful. We use Recorded Future every day. It's simple to use, just input your CVE into the search bar and you can see what threat intel is available. It integrates well into e-mail alerts as well. Bi-weekly, we meet with support from RF to go over our MSSP findings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think their AI feature needs more updates to be usable.

RF is essential in helping us categorize and triage CVE's.

Constant watch on attack surface. RF provides a more update defense by providing threat intelligence and AI as key to our security policies.

THe Safely browse extortion site feature and the general features that RF provides is amazing

FOr the Threat map, maybe add a feature or sort that takes into account both prevalence and opportunity. CUrrently, the UI only allows for sorting of each of these axis.

It helps to easily track Dark web mentions of y company and the threat intelligence that it provides does helpto attribute the alerts obtained well

Additionally, its real-time data and actionable insights significantly enhance our ability to proactively identify and mitigate potential threats.

Limitation with diffrent module. My company is not subscribed to all the modules that is limits me to perform extensive threat hunting.
