comprehensive, real-time threat intelligence that provides context and automates security workflow and provides a lot of support in devloping threat intellgence for companies

Sandbox is not developed enough to intergrate with siem.

As an mssp recorded future provided multitenant support which can separate customer info.

The price that it costs is a bit more than expected. Thought regarding the amount of information is good I guess.

The threat intelligence works flawlessly and the time it is saving is in the number of hours per week.

Recorded Future excels at retrieving information from obscure and deep parts of the internet and providing valuable and meaningful insights that other tools have been unable to do. I also appreciate that Recorded Future offers a comprehensive set of tools for cybersecurity operations teams, including vulnerability and identity intelligence.

Occasionally, there are instances where information is parsed incorrectly or entities are misassigned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Besides the general monitoring of the cyber threat landscape and the exploitation of the vulnerabilities that may affect us, we also use Recorded Future to monitor ransomware leaks on the dark web for any files that may contain our data, assess internet mentions of our company related to hacktivist campaigns, and track the sales of counterfeit or illegitimate products.

What do you like best about the product?
There is a wide range of knowledge base documents available, which I find helpful. The AI reporting feature stands out as particularly useful, generating clear and easy-to-understand reports within seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any drawbacks. It's straightforward to use, and there is plenty of documentation available to help you along the way.

It provides lots of insights about emerging threats.
