What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy on the data and the fact we can connect data with the real primary sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say I still see a lot of noise, so not always easy to find the actionable information and turn into insights
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Credential leaks is the main problem were recorded future is a game changer.
Also the sandbox analysis as amazing for phishing malware analysis and anonymous typosquating analysis

Recorded Future is an exceptional threat intelligence platform that delivers timely, contextual insights to help security teams make informed decisions. As a security engineer, I really value the depth of intelligence across open, dark, and technical sources, all unified through the Intelligence Graph. The integrations with SIEM and SOAR tools make it easy to operationalize intelligence and improve response times. Overall, Recorded Future’s data quality, automation, and ease of use make it an essential part of our security stack.

The UI is very detailed and easy to navigate

There is a ton of information and it might be difficult to always find

It solves the problem of slow threat detection by giving real-time intelligence and context for vulnerabilities, helping us act faster and reduce risk.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to gain insight from a variety of sources, from vendor news, the dark web and Recorded Future's own analyst to get insights that helps keep my organization safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of modules to Recorded Future and not having all of them does limit our ability to get full use of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recorded Future is helping us identify stolen credentials being offered for sale on the dark web, information on vulnerabilities in our technology stack and domains that may be impersonating our company brand.

What do you like best about the product?
Sandboxing tool is very easy to use. Intelligence feeds and lookups provide maximum value.
What do you dislike about the product?
The modularization can make the tool quite expensive.

Threat intel helps us to validate potential issues in a quick and/or automated fashion through our SOAR playbooks.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the multiple use cases and flexibility within the platform to customize and focus on needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes feel like with so much information available it's difficult to take full advantage of ALL of the information. However I do feel like my customer success manager helps navigate through this issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with dark web research/review and alerts for ransomware attacks. Also starting to use RF to conduct further research on TAs and new malware variants.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the modules, such as Third Party and Threat, and how straightforward it is for a user to put them into action right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific comes to mind. I have been using this tool for over a year now, and it still manages to impress me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get a comprehensive overview of the ransomware landscape, along with detailed insights into the threat actors that are most relevant to my organization, all presented in a well-organized and easily understandable format.
