Impressive Source of Intelligence
What do you like best about the product?
I was impressed with the intelligence that Recorded Future had for my company. Dark web sources to identify compromised accounts was an immediate and easy use case to incorporate into the Service Desk. the vulnerability data was applicable and valuable to the enterprise. The Recorded Future onboarding team helped get us from received intelligence to actionable intelligence. We use Recorded Future on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have much to complain about. I think most of the delays were a result of collecting data of our enterprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recorded Future assisted us with identifying compromised passwords and having the Service Center work with end users to reset their passwords.
The vulnerability intelligence helps identify what is applicable to the company, and we are able to track progress for deploying security updates to systems.
With Attack Surface management, we can begin educating the marketing and web teams with reducing risk and securing their public facing interfaces.

A Multi-Year Success: Our Experience with Recorded Future
What do you like best about the product?
As a large manufacturing company, we have been using Recorded Future for several years. Throughout this time, they have consistently prioritized customer experience, even going so far as to visit our location in person while we were still expanding our investment in the product.
During our usage, we have successfully integrated Recorded Future into our SIEM, logging, and security tools, enabling us to identify potential threats proactively. We also appreciate the daily alerts and insights into our tech stack, which help us stay aware of vulnerabilities and potential exploitations
We use the product multiple times a day because we have multiple modules and some do alert, and scavage information at different times.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint is that it is quite expensive and based up on number of users. When you are in an industry where your security budget is tighter this product is critical but hard to budget for where some of their modules have entry points. Howwever, I have found the sales people to be very workable and creative in trying to find ways to help you get exactly what you need at a price that will allow you to grow it year over year so that is a positive side to the negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leaked Creds, Similar Domains, Dark Web Monitoring, Potential Code leaked and threats are a few of them.

Recorded Future is an excellent source of information from which to start your investigation. I can always depend on the sources provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thus far, there is nothing I dislike about Recorded Future. I am a happy user.

Recorded Future has been able to provide timely threat intelligence and robust data on third party risks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the support team; theyare pretty fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The brand protection module needs improving, especially the brand impersonations and logo alerts. There is no way to track the impersonation and logo events. It should all be somehow individually inclluded with the domain alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The question "For which purposes do you use Recorded Future?" does not include why I use Recorded Future; Brand Protection. Recorded Future best helps me with domain alerts.

Everything, its Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Intelligence, ASM, Malware Sandox, Leaked credentials, Dark Web. It is a complete package with amazing supporting team.
Also the provided integrations and enrichments APIs are just like cherry on the top.

I have been using it actively since 2020 and still nothing in my mind to dislike

It provide relevant and amazing intelligence for vulnerabilty, threats and threat actors. It help us monitor dark web mentions, leaked credentials and monitionring our brands becomes easy alsong with our executives.

The tool has brought great value to us and it is reasonably priced. With Recorded Future, we are now able to monitor our digital internet-exposed assets. The level of detail and the timeliness of the findings are exceptional.

Sometimes the information available becomes too much and could be overwhelming to work through. However, we have adjusted our internal processes to allow us to easily identify and process important information.

While Recorded Future sets a high bar for cybersecurity intelligence, I've noticed that the timeline for product enhancements can sometimes be longer than expected. This can be slightly inconvenient, as staying ahead in cybersecurity often requires rapid adaptation.

Really useful intelligence.

Useful intelligence on threat actors and malware . Their sandbox is pretty solid also, giving you a video playback of what happened in a session.

Should be easier to see how MITRE techniques apply toi threat actors,
