One example where we were investigating an unusual activity that triggered multiple security alerts across different systems demonstrated how Armor Anywhere has helped in centralizing the relevant events and provided better visibility into what is happening and what has changed, which reduced the time needed to gather information from multiple sources. Because of this, the team had a single view of the alerts and related alerts that were connected to security activity, and we were able to assess the situation more quickly and determine the impact and also take appropriate remediation steps. The biggest benefit was reducing investigation time and improving the coordination between the operations and security teams.

The best features are the increased visibility that Armor Anywhere provides.

I personally find the most valuable features to be a centralized dashboard and the alerting system that provides a consolidated view of security events. We also have visibility across the platform in different environments, which makes investigations more efficient and helps reduce manual efforts.

The area of improvement could be in complex environments.

Complex environments require greater customization with dashboards and reporting so different teams can tailor the views to specific needs. Additional automation capabilities in alert handling and investigation workflows are also needed.

I use Armor Anywhere to review security posture, alerts, and compliance stages in my day-to-day work. It gives us continuous visibility into vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and potential threats. The main use case is around cloud workload protection, compliance, and security monitoring.

The best features Armor Anywhere offers are definitely the centralized visibility and managed security layer. Having a single dashboard to see security posture across environments is a big advantage.

The centralized dashboard enables us to get better visibility in a UI form. It also helps with compliance reporting for audits and reviews. Overall, it improves the security posture and reduces operational overhead for the team.

We've seen faster incident response times and fewer false alerts because of the automation and integration. From a compliance standpoint, it has helped us maintain consistent controls and simplified reporting for audits because of the automation.

Overall, Armor Anywhere has helped us improve our overall security posture. It provides a solid, reliable cloud security solution which works across our hybrid environments and on-premises as well. It has provided us a good balance of compliance and monitoring, simplified our security across environments, while giving us great visibility on all things.

There is not much to dislike about Armor Anywhere, but the dashboard could be more customizable for different team roles.

The customizable nature is missing to some extent for different team roles. Additionally, more granular reporting filters would have been great for investigation purposes.

I do not think we used any other solution before Armor Anywhere. In the first place, we were just looking for some alternatives.

We did evaluate other options before choosing Armor Anywhere. One was Prisma Cloud or something similar. There were also some other native AWS security services. However, these tools have strong individual features, but Armor Anywhere stood out because it combines many other features into a single platform. That is why we went with this.

We did purchase Armor Anywhere through the AWS Marketplace. It was implemented by a team first. I am not entirely sure about all the details because it is handled by some people in my team. Overall, it was good and pretty worth it.

We have had a lot of savings in terms of time, efforts, and faster response times because of better visibility with Armor Anywhere. I do not have any specific metrics, but overall efforts were reduced by approximately 25%. Overall, it has made our lives simpler.

We are just a customer of Armor Anywhere.

I would definitely recommend Armor Anywhere for anyone who is going for it because overall it is a solid, secure, reliable cloud security solution that works across all hybrid environments or on-premises environments as well. What do you like best about the product?

The support and the dashboard list the vulnerabilities with solutions and proper links to the articles to vulnerability and its resolution.

What do you dislike about the product?

Login always needs two-factor authentication even when logging in from the same machine, and malware update fails frequently.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Patching vulnerabilities introduced by different software running on the VM and to prevent malware installation.

Armor has the best support, and its agent vulnerability scanner is the best out there.

Armor is good product considering security. Armor works well against vulnerabilities, Malware, and intrusion. It is working very well for all kinds of operating systems.

When we resolved the vulnerabilities given by Armor, and check against it, it is not reflecting immediately. It is taking more time than expected. This time has to be decreased.

It give OS updates report accurately, which keeps our server up to date against all the vulnerabilities.
In case of any malware attacks, it is immediately detected and responds, which makes our environment more secure.

For both technical and business issues, Armor has always been quick to come to the table and collaborate on solutions to ensure we can offer what our clients need on terms that work for everyone. If you're looking for someone who will stand beside you and act as a true partner, Armor is a great choice!

While you're paying a premium over commodity hosting, unless you have the internal expertise and scale to do it all on your own, the price is well worth it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

When we first engaged with Armor we had been hosting our customers servers in our office. We didn't have the expertise required to viably scale our business this way and Armor helped immensely by allowing us to dramatically scale our business while offering the level of security and compliance that our customers demanded.

What do you like best about the product?

Armor is a great set it and forget it security product. It runs perfectly in our cloud installation. Requires very little resources and has all the necessary KPI's available when you need them. Dashboard is very user intuitive and easy to understand. Armor is a huge help with viewing logs and patch management.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometime the Multi-factor authentication is bothersome. But hey, it is a security product. That is what you would expect.

Armor has help greatly with updating our severs with all necessary patches.
Doing weekly, monthly, and quarterly security reviews.
Identify, Tracking, and investigating security events.

The dashboard is very user friendly! Within seconds of logging in, you can view an overall health score up to the minute.

I can't think of anything I dislike about Amor!

We are able to effectively monitor our system with Armor.

The ability for the service to wrap over my current setup and keep my HIPAA compliant.

The only downside is an upside because they require proper authentication and provide many alerts.

We've been an Armor customer for years and have appreciated the top notch security services and customer support that is always responsive and helpful. Moving to their Armor Anywhere service was pretty much plug and play and we haven't had to think much about it since getting started.

The web interface has been much improved in recent years, but can still feel clunky at times.

We're a small team and it's nice to not need to dedicate resources for the services that Armor provides. We have peace of mind knowing that they're on the lookout for vulnerabilities and patching any that may arise.
