The Best Onboarding Experience

What do you like best about the product?
It has an incredibly well thought out user experience that's expected from a consumer end, which is hard to find with most DAMs. They also have incredible customer support and I cannot sing the praises enough. They really take their time with you in the whole process. Everything from the decision making in the beginning, to what plan makes the most sense for your team, to even the onboarding process and ease of implementation. They are incredibly patient, helpful, caring and compassionate for their users. I never felt like just another customer, the ratio of support to your account is well balanced, they have plenty of resources for supporting your business and they do not seem stretched too thin, but well managed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the taxonomy management for smart filters, they are a little tricky to understand how to modify after the fact when I will need to later on. But I'm confident I can figure it out. Just might take a little memory refresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have a self service platform for our customer service, sales team, vendors and partners for more easily access and browse all the variety of digital media we have for their individual use cases. This saves us hours upon hours of individually packaging assets and uploading to share, which usually was uploaded to platforms that were not browsable making it hard to find what you need.
