What do you like best about the product?

I’ve been using Bynder’s eDAM system for a while now, and it’s a huge improvement over the folder-based systems I used earlier in my career.

One thing I love about it is how easy it is to find what you need. Their search features are easy to configure, with tons of filters and tags that make locating assets quick and painless. No more drilling down into 10 folders to find one particular asset. I'm now using this eDAM at least 3-4 days out of my week compared to the previous asset bank, where I'd download a ton of assets to avoid having to navigate that labyrinth of folders.

The creative Studio module is another highlight. I can create and customize new image and video templates right on the platform. I’m the design specialist, so training my team to use this module has helped me offload a lot of reiterative work. Bynder's integration connectors have also been really easy to fit into my existing pipeline.

It’s been a great experience overall. Their onboarding team really makes you feel supported right from the start and the workshops have been so fun, even the extensive set-up (i.e. building taxonomy) was fun and painless. Would absolutely recommend Bynder as an eDAM solution for any organization.

What do you dislike about the product?

One opportunity for improvement would be to enable HTML/CSS capability to content formating in the News & Management feature. Would help to make those pages pop.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Making the search for creative frictionless AND being able to share walled-off collections so easily with external stakeholders is a game-changer.
