A great onboarding experience

What do you like best about the product?
The Portal is easy to use and very instinctive, I've found it quick to pick up and pass the knowledge on to my colleagues.

I found the onboarding process very thorough and useful. Adam & Marilu were friendly and helpful throughout the process and they communicated quickly and effectively, answering any questions I had promptly or pointing me in the right direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features that are not included in the basic package would be good to have without paying extra.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During my research, I identified several common issues our marketing team
faces that the new D.A.M. system can help resolve:
• Lack of a centralised place to store and organise assets
• Difficulty locating assets quickly, negatively impacting time management
• Frequent use of shortcuts or old assets due to time constraints
• Inconsistent storage and naming conventions across teams
• Reliance on various third-party software or apps for sharing assets
internally and externally
