Awesome tool for in-depth analysis
What do you like best about the product?
I am truly amazed by the scope of details that are made available after a file has been analyzed. This will for sure be my primary online tool to apply to everything that I will deploy in any system. Also, I love the UI!!
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I did not use the tool that much yet to find anything that I dislike or that is not working properly. I am not a programmer or a security specialist just a very curious guy that always likes to know how things work in the background!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Check for the integrity of programs and if they trigger obfuscated suspicious behavior that would compromise a system in a negative way.
Malware investigator
What do you like best about the product?
The different analytics that can be perform and the easy to use infterface. The different run environments and overall the hash analysis. I surpasses virus total in features and user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall features make it seem dangling, but overall everything was good. Everything work as expected. This product could be better by having a tour of the features available when you enter the enviro,ent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that I have been solving is analizyng samples to determing where the c2 server is and what malware it's.
Amazing tool to analyze malware
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Intezer takes a unique approach, and shows everything you need about a malware executable on a simple page. Before I discovered it, I had to use multiple tools to do what I am able to do now with a simple single click.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that you need an Enterprise subscription to download malware samples from reports. When I am researching a specific malware and I come across an interesting sample, I would like to be able to download it without having to buy a subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intezer Analyze contains many useful features, for example showing related samples, strings inside the executable, and even a sandboxed behavior analysis report. It takes basically no effort to submit an executable.
The love and the hate
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and pretty informative UI, possibilities to view code snippets
What do you dislike about the product?
Small / "Big" file size limit as well as minor bugs that forced me to reload the website or even my browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kept my computer safe by inspecting miscellaneous files for suspicious activities
As the platform provides a lot of automation can help the team with manual work and save us time.
What do you like best about the product?
The way that the platform handles IOCs and tracks threat actors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find something to dislike so far.

I am analyzing files and checking hashes.

it is user-friendly & easy to use, a handy tool for initial inspection of threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is a little slow also sometimes not able to properly recognize new malware.

we use Intezer for initial inspection of 3rd party programs that we use in business.

Great source of information and malware analysis, and extremely useful tools and APIs!
What do you like best about the product?
The breadth and depth of information on issues that fall within their window of analysis, along with well documented processes and toolsets covering a wide variety of deployed operating systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The open source tools were not as simple to use as the mainstream products, and largely accessible through API's and buildable tools that will be second nature to any real IT security professional, but this makes this not for the casual server builder or part-time web development dabbler. Which is unfortunate, as the tools on offer are well above par and they are often on the front of newly emerging phenomena, which should be of use to all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the tools that they provide that identify emerging theats before others, but in tandem with a more complete and broad-ranged toolset. In this context, Intezer facilitates a part of an overall umbrella of overlapping coverage and tools so that we can be sure to be as thorough as possible in scanning and identifying threats.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Their communication and provided analysis suite of tools are quickly given a test run, with early and consistent communication from the company to help you through the process.
Great product
What do you like best about the product?
That it is a all in one solution for malware analyses.
What do you dislike about the product?
it's a little to expensive for some customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solid product - Maltego intergration is a bonus!
What do you like best about the product?
The Maltego integration is great for vulnerability testing etc. I love the fact that I can use it with AWS stacks, aswell as Docker / Kubernetes. Being abe to automate the hunting aspect really saves time, which then drives the ability to stay ontop of other elements of a layered security approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing really. I do hope to find some Nmap intergration once I've spent some more time with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time with keeping up with the never-ending job that is digital security. The automation of hunting/detection etc is a great time saver.
