CMS and SEO have accelerated content launches and support rapid growth for events and education

  • January 12, 2026
  • Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

I use Webflow Business - Enterprise for launching a platform for events and meetups in Morocco. I also use Webflow Business - Enterprise for launching a large platform for LMS education.

What is most valuable?

The best functionality and offerings that I found in Webflow Business - Enterprise are the CMS and SEO targeting, as well as the integrations with other apps. It is amazing to have this plan because it is affordable yet provides numerous features for our use case.

The CMS and integrations have helped me specifically by enabling us to launch the newsletter. We have a section of our website specifically designed to target students and all users who need to learn about us, with numerous articles that Webflow Business - Enterprise helps us add quickly through unlimited CMS articles.

I also value the GSAP and custom code features, which are the best for us because we have great collaboration between developers and the marketing team.

Webflow Business - Enterprise positively impacts my organization because we started with the CMS plan and then switched to the business plan, resulting in more leads and users. Since Webflow Business - Enterprise is not limited in the number of visitors, it supports smooth user onboarding and allows the website to handle substantial business volume and many users, effectively solving the problem of website traffic limitations.

What needs improvement?

Webflow Business - Enterprise can be improved by having more integrations with AI. One feature we need is custom support where users can receive quick assistance. I would appreciate it if Webflow integrated a chatbot that understands the business of the website and provides users with the information they need quickly in response to their questions.

I would like to facilitate the marketing team so they can have a more intuitive dashboard to edit or add blogs for the CMS or correct content. We also need a separate dashboard for SEO configuration.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have more than six years of experience.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Webflow Business - Enterprise is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The price is higher than for other platforms, but when we compare it with the features provided, we can say that the price of the Business plan is correct. Since switching to the business plan, we moved from 100 users per day to 2,000 users per day.

How are customer service and support?

Customer support is great and available anytime, which is one of the best elements or features we have.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Negative

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We previously used WordPress with Elementor and switched because we found WordPress to be limited. When comparing Webflow with WordPress regarding security and performance, we found Webflow to be the best solution for us.

How was the initial setup?

Before choosing Webflow Business - Enterprise, we evaluated the CMS plan. Since we have many users visiting our website, we switched to Business for more support and performance.

What about the implementation team?

We scale our platforms for the time of the production team, having Webflow developers that assist us. A developer usually takes two weeks or more to add a page, but with Webflow's features, we can launch the same page in just two days, customize it from scratch, and we have no bugs or problems. Thus, we save 80% of our time and money for the business.

What was our ROI?

On a scale of one to ten, I would rate Webflow Business - Enterprise an eight.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The price is higher than for other platforms, but when we compare it with the features provided, we can say that the price of the Business plan is correct.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

We evaluated the CMS plan, but since we have many users visiting our website, we switched to Business for more support and performance.

What other advice do I have?

For others looking into using Webflow Business - Enterprise, I advise starting with Webflow and testing the CMS plan before switching to Webflow Business - Enterprise. I rated this product an eight out of ten.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

Hybrid Cloud

If public cloud, private cloud, or hybrid cloud, which cloud provider do you use?

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Flexible and Customizable Web Development Tool

  • January 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Webflow because it offers flexibility and customization. It has an editor that allows coding the front end, and for those who aren't knowledgeable in development, it serves as a drag-and-drop editor. This means you can still get a lot out of it even if you're not into coding. It's both flexible and very customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I started using Webflow Cloud, and as it's pretty new, there are not so many extensive examples like I would love to see. And to make it easier in the full cloud to connect GitHub repositories. I struggled quite a bit with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Webflow, I can delegate standard website tasks to someone without development experience while extending custom projects using Webflow Cloud or custom code.

Powerful visual front-end for complex, scalable platforms

  • December 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Webflow gives full design freedom with clean code output, responsive control, and fast publishing. The CMS structure is flexible enough for complex, multilingual, content-driven projects. I use it as a front-end layer for iGlowly.com - a fully dynamic platform, and its integration with custom code, attributes, and external APIs makes it a powerful UI engine without touching React or Vue. Animations, layout control, and visual clarity are best-in-class..
What do you dislike about the product?
Locales made it significantly more expensive. They are well done, but.... The 100-item CMS limit is still restrictive, especially when working with filtered lists or complex relationships. Too many wrapper divs are auto-inserted in collection-based elements, which bloats the DOM. Native filtering and sorting should be inbuilt — not reliant on third-party scripts or hacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webflow lets me build a fast, scalable, and multilingual front-end for iGlowly without relying on heavy frameworks. It solves key pain points: design control, speed of execution, clean responsive output, and structured content management at scale. Combined with Supabase, it becomes a dynamic UI layer powered by external data.
Performance is very good out of the box, and SEO fundamentals (clean markup, canonical control, alt tags, hreflang, etc.) are all in place. The CMS is flexible enough to handle our complex structure — regions, cities, clinics, surgeons, treatments etc in my case — and allows rapid page generation with full visual consistency. Webflow saves dev time

  • December 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Webflow to be a good tool for ecommerce marketing, as it helps increase sales and track customer journeys on the website. I like the custom content structure that allows me to create dynamic pages at scale. It's also beneficial to create collections and customer fields according to specific needs. The initial setup was easy for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Make it easy for all the social media marketing integration with drag and drop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Webflow for ecommerce marketing. It increases sales and tracks the customer journey. It helps me track product sales and enables remarketing. The custom content structure allows creating dynamic pages at scale, letting users create collections and customer fields as needed.

Superior WYSIWYG Experience, User-Friendly Alternative to WordPress

  • December 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Its user friendly WYSIWYG is better than Wordpress.
What do you dislike about the product?
It struggles with plugins and is buggier with regard to custom templates than Word Press.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's made content management and web management easily divorced from dev, saving us time and budget.

Outstanding Experience with This Software

  • December 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's an incredibly flexible platform that allows you totally customize your site. It's great for landing pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Educating new users is still somewhat challenging. Even with step-by-step instructions, we have difficulty in getting other team members to adopt it. When we hired new marketers, they wanted us to switch to hubspot as they found it too difficult to learn.
On the otherhand - as a technical person, I wish their was more ways to use CMS within the javascript components. I end up using things like Finsweet to get more out of Webflow.
Customer support isn't always the most helpful when we want to integrate custom solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can have multiple pages using the same Content Management System and that makes it incredibly easy to publish new content.

No Code Visual Builder for Tech & Non-Tech Teams

  • December 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Webflow allows me to tackle complex website functionality without needing a deep knowledge of coding. It behaves exactly like how code is written, which provides the structure I need while still being visually intuitive. I love that I can add custom code for additional functionality that Webflow doesn't natively support, enabling me to integrate different apps and create custom logic as needed. This flexibility significantly enhances my projects since I use Webflow to build websites for my clients. Its compatibility with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, GitHub, and Cloudflare also broadens its versatility. Overall, the ability to write code on top of Webflow's existing capabilities while maintaining the ease of a no-code platform is incredibly valuable to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the page branching feature on Webflow to be quite problematic. It is very slow, which significantly impacts my team's productivity and their ability to update multiple elements within a website efficiently. Also, some things do not work properly in page branches, such as Mapbox. Additionally, I'm frustrated by the lack of an offline app for Webflow, which would make it more convenient to update and save changes locally. Finally, the initial setup of Webflow was slightly tough for me at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Webflow to build complex websites without needing coding knowledge, enhancing functionality with custom scripts. It solves the challenge of coding expertise, providing a structure like code, and integrates with tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics.
