Redefining website creation

  • December 15, 2022
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Webflow has various features enabling users to create beautiful, responsive custom solutions for their website needs. It's an all-in-all solution where you don't have to worry about hosting, design or development needs; instead, use pre-made templates to customise your website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though Webflow comes with many features & ready templates, there is still quite a learning curve if you have to develop a Webflow site. Webflow might not be the cheapest option for more significant sites and eCommerce solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The pre-built templates on Webflow help your quick turnaround and create a new site. Making it one of the most extensive feature-enabled website builders. WEbflow helps save on development costs and time.

What do you like best about the product?
Webflow is a great builder for anyone looking to create a truly sophisticated website in terms of both design and the backend code.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CMS doesn't scale well, which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Excited for the App/dev releases right now - people have been stitching solutions together for a while to integrate other tools so it's good to see.

Excellent design tool, content management system and hosting platform

What do you like best about the product?
Webflow has provided me with an excellent strength in terms of the layout of its tools to move forward in terms of web design, hosting platform and CMS. The websites we build on this platform are for publishing and marketing specific products or services. We have a remarkable ability to create websites that adhere to authentic guidelines. We are in control, which allows us to work with Webflow in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would help if you had a high-performance computer with qualified hardware to use it at full power.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to modify and edit projects that are well received by our clients and have adopted it as a fundamental tool to engage in originality and optimization practices through websites/blogs created with a lot of dedication, effort and creativity. Webflow allows us to keep our internal hosting secure and up-to-date and make all our sites attractive to our clients so that we capture their attention when we offer our campaigns and services. If you lack website creation, Webflow can help you develop a more robust image for advertising and internal productivity-building projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick learning curve, great documentation and tutorials, takes care of a lot of the admin side of things for you, good optimisations, CMS easy to use, quick results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Animation interactions is very easy, maybe too easy, it can be abused in the wrong hands (see most web galleries)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes things quicker, saves me time, I don't need to do any coding (mostly) any more. Really quick to test as well.

One of the best CMS we have experienced in a long time

  • December 04, 2022
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is technical and also super simple to use. The technical part allows us to be super precise and the simplicity allows multiple users to work on the project. Amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
According to us and our use, pricing plan is not ideal. Having to upgrade our package to fully work on the project (for 2 people max) is not the best user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to build an amazing website easily and with a lot of personalization. Without having to be a dev to finish properly the project. Templates are a great way to start.

What do you like best about the product?
The code-free, high-quality approach to web development that is intuitive to users. Overall, it has provided us with a better website experience that benefits the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is tough to access a list of past updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing multiple designers to be in the program simultaneously.

High performance enterprise web platform that hits the sweet spot between ease-of-use and features

  • November 30, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, robust CMS, clean HTML/CSS, growing ecosystem of 3rd party tools, enterprise sales and support teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of support for 3rd party DAM tools. Wish there was an out-of-the-box Chrome plugin for integrating Brandfolder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're replacing expensive and complicated Adobe AEM with Webflow at a fraction of the cost. Webflow's ease of use and agility has shrunk our release cadence from 3 weeks to days or hours.

A step in the right direction

  • November 29, 2022
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Designers can get up to speed quickly and implement their designs without requiring developers. Gone are the days of redlining and back and forth feedback. The tool has been great while working remotely as a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
From an enterprise standpoint, managing multiple people (designers, PMs, copyrighters) working on the site has been challenging (although page branching was just released). The requirement to publish the whole site also slows the team down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer need developer resources to implement web designs. For a company of our size with the vast number of users, it's been liberating for designers to fully own the website.

What do you dislike about the product?

Building full fledged website that matches custom code quality

Incredible tool and exciting future but you must know its limits

  • November 24, 2022
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
One of my most appreciated aspects of Webflow has been the sheer trust I could have in it to perform and be bug-free; however, this has recently become a bit of an issue as bugs have appeared around the same time as new features have been released.
What do you dislike about the product?
I understand that big features (like logic and memberships) have to be rolled out to get new customers; however, my main dislike at the moment is the lack of some core features that would make a huge improvement to the product. This includes small quality-of-life improvements like native sort and filtering, using CSS calc and also removing elements hidden with conditional visibility from the dom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for quick and easy updates and removes the need for constant maintenance, a fantastic offering for our potential clients. It also makes it easy for us to host small internal workshops with design teams to get them to understand how the web works and, in turn, design better for it.
