STAY AWAY FROM WEBFLOW ITS A HORRIBLE PLATFORM
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing, this platform sucks all around. Customer service sucks, platform sucks, university is useless. I scheduled a meeting to meet with a webflow expert and they never showed up. They didn't even email me at all about the meeting. Completely horrible platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything about webflow is just horrible, custome service is horrible, platform and user experience is horrible, as a fellow web designer who has been doing designing websites for 4 years, I do not recommended using this platform, stay clear from here and choose wix or showit. This website is also bad with responsive designs, it doesn't do what you want it to. They also lock you in for a whole year when MOST of the better platforms do provide you a partial refund. Stay clear from this platform and don't even try learning how to use it. It's a waste of time. It's expensive for no reason at all, you're paying the price because of the hype not the experience. STAY CLEAR GO TO WIX OR SHOWIT
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They haven't solved anything for me, if anything it caused more frustrating and time wasted.

A super powerful tool that churns out high quality code hosted on best-in-class platforms. The community - both organic and curated by the Webflow team - is great, with countless people out there helping to take Webflow from strength to strength.

It takes the pain out of managing hosting for our clients, and the opinionated CMS helps keeps things streamlined.

Easy to use CMS that scales
What do you like best about the product?
Webflow is super user friendly. With ready built components and using CMS section building of webpages is a super-fast! Building, copying, changing CSS and editing content is easy and can be done without coding skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
Webflow has a only one user at the time in Designer mode. That is a struggle especially when building a new site. It's possible to get this solved but it requires Enterprise agreement (6/2023).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webflow offers easy and scalable CMS. We built new sites 10x faster and all the small changes needed can be done in seconds. That's fast for enterprise level usage of CMS.
Extensive capabilities in a visual package
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about webflow is the ability to create really customized designs via their visual editor. Either you know how to code and can whip websites up in no time with a few button clicks (so much quicker than hand coding), or you don't know how to code, and can still create killer layouts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the image optimization features that are mostly out of your control. The way it resizes images to help load time and optimize is great, but it's useless if those images are blurry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webflow allows our creative team to build landing pages without limits and put in code as needed for any custom solutions we need. The CMS is easy to use for our content team.
A satisfying experience with a software product
What do you like best about the product?
Webflow is a terrific hub to manage multiple website builds in one place. Some standout features to me include the following: workspaces to organize projects, easy-to-use templates inside of the projects, smart and intuitive website development tools, easy ways to make your site dynamic, a wealth of helpful instruction through both Webflow itself and the experts that use it, and an understandable CMS management system built-in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a standout dislike about Webflow, but a feature I'd like to see in the future is a global CMS to be used across multiple sites. Often, we have a piece of content that we want to cross-pollinate to multiple sites easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has many operating business units that all have unique needs in a website. Webflow has been the best option to house all of our concurrent sites and makes it easy to design updates, share them with stakeholders, and publish with no unnecessary steps.

Webflow is continuously updating their features to allow us to create better sites at a faster pace. Their dedicated support team consistently goes above and beyond—even in situations that fall outside their usual scope of assistance.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say I dislike about Webflow is the ecommerce. We find ourselves shifting to Shopify or trying to utilizing third party integrations to build in Webflow and migrate to Shopify but it's not as seamless as I would like it to be. Once they allow a full integration with Shopify or amp their ecommerce game, there won't be another platform I'll recommend to a client or friend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webflow allows us to develop with a fully customized asset from a design platform like Figma, using a prebuilt template, and / or a template built using Relume's platform. They allow us to do this better than other platforms and at a faster rate.
With their partner program, they've also allows us to grow from a 2 person to 14 person agency over 3 years. It's wild.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the most that in Webflow you can create as simple or as complicated as you want. It gives you a lot of flexibility for creating different experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that sometimes really simple things can be overly complex to handle due to the way some things are set up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me access to create Websites even though I am not a front-end developer. WIth Webflow I've been able to create sites of up to 4000 pages.
