Best tool and experience for building websites

  • March 02, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Using Webflow has significantly increased the speed of my website builds and given me access to functionality that otherwise requires a significant time investment. The community and available resources to learn and clone solutions are incredible. Webflow is one of the most valuable tools my business pays for!
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is noticeable, but the resources to get up to speed are some of the best online. My biggest challenge is getting clients onboard with a "new" service they are unfamiliar with. Typically, clients are more familiar with other services and hesitant to commit to Webflow. More resources to help convert clients would be nice, even though the benefits often speak for themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can now build more functional websites without investing time in custom code or navigating the drag-and-drop website builder solutions that restrict design and functionality.

We switched from Wordpress to Webflow

  • March 02, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We made the transition to Webflow a year ago and will never go back! For us, it put the control of our website's design into the hands of our Creative department vs having to go through developers for advanced builds. We are able to dream and build without the limitations of plugins, templates, and site themes. We also love that important things like SEO, open graph settings, and audit checks are all native to the Webflow platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Webflow is still adding on features as users suggest them, but we have not faced any huge dislikes about this platform so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest one is the ability to give other users easy access to edit their websites through Webflow editor and specifically collections. Collections are a game changer!

Excellent platform for creatives

  • March 02, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
You can adjust almost anything UI wise on Webflow, so you have true creative control...same can't be said about other (also good services) that exist.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure is a little strange to understand at first. That being said, I had great interaction with Webflow's customer support and they even re-imbursed some money and gave work arounds for a cheaper way of organising a site
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Web development used to be tricky; to do it well, you needed to have coding skills. Whilst Webflow does need a little coding, you don't need to be an advanced dev to accomplish something good (you could get away with no coding skills...i lecture to university students with no design experience and some can create good websites from scratch, simply from watching the online lessons).

Webflow Review

  • March 02, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Webflow is a wonderful platform for codeless web development. It's easy to understand and to create compelling designs. It help in quickliy create prototipes for your ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst part of the services offered by Webflow is the complicated offer, divided into two separate parts, one for the hosting and the other for the workspace. The price is very high and there aren't much possibilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webflow is solving the problem of delivering quickly and easily a result or a solution for our clients. Webflow offers easy tutorial and many solution to implement our ideas into nice web platforms.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Stellar website builder. Fun and easy way to build out a site (from basic landing pages to complex, multilayered behemoths).
What do you dislike about the product?
Webflow is easy to use for those familiar with digital tools, but people who haven't used other no-code platforms might find the interface and customization options overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Building a website from scratch.

Dealing with complicated code.

Not receiving industry highlights regularly.

Not being able to find a design community.

It's a very powerful tool with great tutorials

  • March 01, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The tutorials no doubt. I can find anything either in the videos or in the comunity forum. I also like how fast publishing changes to the website is, the great site speed and CMS included.
What do you dislike about the product?
How much I have to learn switching from Wordpress or Squarespace with drag and drop building style. Also don't like how easily I can get lost with all the classes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The new Figma to Webflow feature is going to be a huge advace if we start a new website. It's going to keep things simple and easy to bring design to life. Variable fonts and Components are something I'd like to dig in more, they seem to be a great addition.

XpoXSnacks.com

  • March 01, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The abundance and ease of the website feels like home.
What do you dislike about the product?
On e-commerce because that's what I'm using for XpoXSnacks.com, it take hours to upload snacks or information every time you enter a product making so that your ability to upload many pictures of products and singularity change the names and prices would be very helpful. Also a personal helper (Ai or not) would be helpful also. ( Ai would make it free thus more clients)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient, easy access, and low prices

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Webflow's visual designer lets everyone see what is being produced in real-time. The content management system is also one of the greatest features of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally Webflow will have a small bug on a certain feature or process which can become frustrating in the moment, however the team seems to remedy their bugs really quickly by constantly listening to customer feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webflow allows my studio to create custom-designed websites for our clients. The versatile tool enables us to design without restriction on what we can achieve. Our clients also love using the software as they never have to worry about the design of their site.
