Great features let down by bugs, lack of consistency, and absence of clear tutorials
What do you like best about the product?
Webflow allows you to create a website quickly, make quick changes, and have multiple lead capture forms across your site.
What do you dislike about the product?
To add additional users we had to make an entire duplicate of the site and rehost it. We were advised this was the only option.
Duplicate pages and elements must be tediously renamed or then affect all instances across other areas of the site without warning.
Content changes do not always stick and revert back.
Content is difficult to make responsive and requires much effort when looking at how it displays on different devices.
The drag-and-drop methodology that is ubiquitous within other platforms is mostly absent or causes new/recurring issues.

Webflow has helped us revamp our existing site, capture leads, and create engaging designs.
Good tool, although the UX could be improved
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Webflow is that you can do whatever you need to. I've yet to run into a situation where something is not possible. It's also nice that you can add in some js to the pages where needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX for the tool is not great. It's just a labyrinth to get to some settings and make changes. Side panels, which open lists, which open more side panels... I understand that there is a lot of functionality packed into the tool, but it does feel like there must be a cleaner way to expose it to the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm technical, but I'm not an html, css expert. Webflow makes it easy to build pages for our static marketing site. We work on the site internally, and also use Webflow to facilitate collaboration with some external contractors.
Good tool, flexible, somewhat technical
What do you like best about the product?
I like to be able to access the code easily: I do not have to write code, but indicate properties to the different elements that make up the page. It also makes it possible to generate small databases, from which one can draw to complete one's own site (e.g. like blog posts, but flexible and easily custom-built).
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that to make a change I have to go back into programming. I have to remember which classes I used, and apply the right ones. By not doing this every day, if after a month I have to make changes to my site, I have to start learning how it was done again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provided hosting, a basic theme that I modified according to my needs and allowed me a lot of agility, although I did not know how to write development code. I have now abandoned Webflow to use HubSpot.
Webflow seems to be a little fuzzy to a normal user ,Great for Designers

What do you dislike about the product?
If it comes to Heavily customizable Ecommerce or High-quality CMS items, it lags there, Neede to be Lift Some restrictions on the Starter plan.

The main problem it solving is done needs to be code, even for code we can export to like Github,next and run the pages free of cost, Time Saving, Designer Friendly

Webflow's possibilities are endless. It is very accesible and has tons of content to learn and a great community

webflow is a website builder with more advanced features and more templates. no coding knowledge recuird to use webflow.
Great for getting temporary pages up quickly.

It allows us to get temporary pages (ex: contest or a seasonal promotion details page) up and working fast. Templating pages allows it

I wouldn't use it for a full website as it is limited in what options you can use. So you need to pull in other tools or create workarounds for certain valuable functionalities.

It's easy to create pages and screens with components and pages.

When publish all changes go together, also there is no history of versions to undo or change.

As a freelancer it is really a time saving tool for me as i have clients who need their product to be ready in a very less time , with the help of drag and drop features it is way easier for me to be in time with my client

I'm a designer, I used software like figma and sketch as my daily tool.
Webflow is very similar to these softwares. I really love how easiy I can make Responsive websites in Webflow. It's as easy just like creating design in figma. I'm creating my own website in Webflow.
It also provide free hosting with their own url. For custom Url one have to purchase hosting.

The user interface is too old fashioned .
The UI of figma and sketch is too subtle and easy to use. Webflow can take inspiration from them.

People who can't write code but have some knowledge of designing can easily create responsive websites in webflow. Webflow also have free awesome templates for almost ever business, agency and portfolios.
