Great Product, Excellent Service
What do you like best about the product?
Intellimize makes it easy to deliver valuable web changes at scale. With Intellimize, the team at Drift has been able to run hundreds of variations through A/B testing, deliver personalized experiences to users as they interact with our site, and more. The Visual Editor allows us to make changes on-the-fly, and the support team can quickly build out more complex tasks (all tracked in a handy dashboard).
With their machine learning, we can come to conclusive results much faster than with tools like Google Optimize, allowing us to test more variations more often. Their reporting capability is unlike other tools I've seen. There is a wealth of knowledge, organized in a way that makes it easy for web/CRO owners to take action based on learnings.
Lastly, their staff is truly the best, from customer success to support and product. The customer success team is knowledgable, timely, and full of ideas for testing. They understand our business and goals. Plus, they communicate well and make using the product easy and even fun. It's clear their support and product teams work closely with one another, as well. I have confidence that our feedback matters, and our concerns are actively addressed.

What do you dislike about the product?
My largest gripe is with load time. We've run numerous tests and find that Intellimize is quite heavy, even when we run it asynchronously.
Native integrations are lacking. If you want to use 6Sense data, each signal has to be manually input within the Intellimize audience one-by-one since there is no means of bulk upload.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When it comes to CRO, Intellimize is crucial to our success. On average, our conversion rates improve by 50-150%, depending on the page grouping. As a long-time customer, I'm sure we've seen at least a few million in incremental revenue gain from Intellimize.
A nice no-code web building platform, but missing some features
What do you like best about the product?
Webflow is an easy-to-use web-building tool, CMS, and delivery platform. It's very simple to build new pages on existing sites and generate new sites. It is cloud-hosted, so no need for additional hosting and works well even for medium-sized websites. There is also a pretty good API for integrating with external tools and services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing some much-needed features such as the ability to copy styles from one media size to another, or from one page to another. There is also no option to copy entire pages from one project to another, and there is no way to exclude pages from the site map without moving to a fully manual sitemap. The most significant issue is that form results are emailed in a way that makes Gmail group them together in a single thread.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Webflow to build and host our marketing website, which includes different pages and also a blog and careers sections. There are also several forms that we were able to easly integrate to external services using 3rd party tools.
Stop A/B Testing and Use This Instead! Love It!
What do you like best about the product?
We use Intellimize at Coupa and love it. We can test various headings, colors, page layouts, and so much more -- all at the same time -- and Intellimize will test everything at once and direct traffic to the winning variations. It's quite amazing. Plus, they hold your hand the whole way to ensure you are making the biggest bang for the buck changes right away. I have been delighted by the onboarding and customer service. They also come out with improvements to their offerings almost weekly, so even in the few months that I've been using Intellimize I've seen a lot of improvements in the user interface and the capabilities of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I don't have more time to use Intellimize. Ha, that's not much of an answer, but I really can't think of anything negative about my experience so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to find ways to encourage more visitors to request a demo of our solutions. We can see what messages are more effective at keeping people from bouncing. We have been able to target specific users with different messages, such as first-time versus returning visitors, people who have visited a certain page before returning to the home page (at which point we change the home page messaging to match what we know they are interested in), and try out different versions of our forms to see which ones result in more form fills. Even simple changes, like the color of a button, have yielded results that help us fine-tune our site. I am sorry I wasted so much time on A/B testing in the past when this type of solution is available. It really does pay for itself in a short time!

Nothing found bad in this software. It is easy to design and develop website pages using advanced development options. We don't need to generate website code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nowadays website development costs are very high and due to covid situation we can not invest in business too much. So our management used Webflow software for our business to manage job tasks. It is very easy to create multiple pages with different design formats and set menus for mobile and desktop. In Webflow software we can change website pages content and publish any time. We can also optimize our SEO onsite task to improve keywords ranking with advanced options. To track website pages, we can connect with Google analytic tool to check website overall performance.
Excellent site-building tool
What do you like best about the product?
The pre-made Webflow University videos that guide users of all skill sets through basic and advanced Webflow tools are incredible. That's really what puts this site above the rest for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I occasionally run into an issue with continuity — I have multiple different editors for our marketing site and it can be a challenge to very clearly track who made what specific changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Webflow to build and host our marketing website — our site before using webflow was outdated, clunky, and extremely hard to edit. With Webflow, everyone on my team has access to edit the sections they need and can do it with ease.
Best no-code web design platform for everyone
What do you like best about the product?
Webflow is by far the best no-code platform that anyone can use to build any kind of design they want. Webflow has every CSS property, every HTML element, and several interactions possible with CSS and JS. And all of this is possible without writing a single line of code. Unlike other website builders, Webflow does not use abstracted widgets and elements. Webflow gives you all of the barebones and core components that are possible with HTML and CSS. This is the reason why you can virtually build anything with Webflow because you are actually working with standard code components unlike other website builders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I don't like with Webflow is that you can not build super dynamic websites with it without using code. Webflow is very closed off right now and it does not have support for third-party plugins or applications that you can use to extend the functionality of it. For instance, the biggest selling point of Wordpress is its huge collection of plugins and integrations that you can use to build anything. If Webflow has such support and integration for 3rd party tools it would be unbeatable in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using Webflow for the past 2 years now. Webflow has helped me a lot in developing pixel-perfect bespoke designs for myself and my clients. Webflow is also really easy to maintain and edit for my clients because of its cms features. Also, I am now able to design websites that are very interactive and with custom interactions built all without code.
The worst choice for SEO goals

I've been a Webflow customer for three years until we started our content marketing efforts.
If you are building a business blog, knowledge base, or something other based on their CMS — it's a disaster.
Even you have any SEO goals — WebFlow is the worst chose you can make.
Webflow's CMS editor functioning like from '95:
- You have to compress images manually.
- No 'table' support or you have to write a code
If you need additional features like a table of contents, you can do it manually or add some JS that will slow down your page. Unfortunately, their support forum is overwhelmed with user requests to make some simple tweaks, and the replay is always the same: "it's not supported. Use that code snippet".
- their editor keeps crashing while working with large content. I've already lots my work twice for the last day.
- No SEO tools at all, like you may have with Ghost or Webflow.

The easiest web design tool EVER!
What do you like best about the product?
As long as you have basic knowledge of HTML/CSS - webflow is the perfect tool to use. Super simple, straightforward, drag & drop design with the ability to fully customize. I haven't run into anything it can't do yet. I use it for my freelance clients and my own portfolio. The tutorials have made me a better designer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite a few different tiers for pricing, some features hidden behind additional paywalls.

The bridge between design and front end development
What do you like best about the product?
I'm seriously surprised by the capabilities of webflow. I was a little skeptical at first, but it genuinely is a GUI design tool that outputs a working website and or exports working HTML and CSS code. It makes design hand off and even design implementation extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found there to be a bit of a learning curve, but I think that's to be expected with any new tool. It did take me a little bit to get used to remapping the way I think about spatial relationships and objects, but once I had that down it was easy. Webflow provides a wealth of knowledge in their education library on everything as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're creating marketing pages to widen our conversion funnel. Sometimes we'll get an idea on focusing on a specific SKU or product, or it may be something ephemeral and season specific, so being able to to have the flexibility of designing and creating a quick landing page without engineering involvement has been a big game changer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think they're doing everything right actually. There's a wealth of knowledge in their education repository, and that's really where it requires some drive time to understand the platform, its capabilities, and help yourself. It's just a big of a gear shift for someone coming in like myself.

Logic-based workflows. I can make changes without any dependency or bottleneck of development resources that need prior scheduling and sprint planning. I'm avoiding all thsoe
What do you dislike about the product?
More comprehensive would have been better. Instead of just minimal-based website design. If I can make a PWA progressive web app with advanced developer level flexibility. I bet I will be a daily user of webflow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small team and getting quality developers for our budget has been really a bottleneck and the time we need to spend to get the resources doesn't make sense in 2022
